I have order 2 lots of samples from this company. Both were sent out very quickly.

The worst service I’ve had from a company in a long time. First off I made my order online for next day delivery (which was to arrive two days later). No wallpaper arrived. Left it for a further four days, then contacted I Want Wallpaper with the only number they supply. Met with an automated message stating they are not receiving calls but to email. So emailed and got no reply. Tried emailing the company direct, then through Facebook messenger. Still no reply. Opened case with PayPal to try and get answers. A day later they finally emailed me back stating the courier has lost the parcel and I could have a replacement or refund. I asked for refund as I now had to go out and buy different wallpaper so the decorating task could be finished. Two days later no refund. Next day received email stating my order has been dispatched and will arrive within two days. Received notification from courier (DX) next day to say my shipment will be delivered today 08/01/24.
Courier turned up around 17:00 hours. Parcel declined and instructed to take back to I Want Wallpaper. Asked courier why they lost my first shipment? To be told there has not been any other shipment to my address, parcel was only picked up from I Want Wallpaper the day before. Thanked the courier for looking into this for me and away he went. Today 09/01/24 PayPal sent email to me with a full refund in my favour. Shortly after email from I Want Wallpaper ‘ I see you declined the wallpaper, we will give you your refund. I just wish I had went out and purchased wallpaper the old fashioned way by buying in store. Could have finished the decorating over a week ago. Terrible service and customer service non existent. Please be mindful when buying from this company. If you are not in a hurry and don’t mind waiting for a week or two then go ahead. I’m sure that there is much better companies out there who would love and appreciate your business and give you good communications throughout the process. Unfortunately this is not that sort of company.

I have bought this wallpaper before through Amazon. But as they were out of stock, I came straight to you . We have now got this paper , just on o
one wall in our lounge and dining room as we love it so much. it is so good quality but must say difficult to match.

The only reason I have rated I want wallpaper so low is that I have not received my order yet .
I contacted customer service enquiring about my order and they were so helpful. Thank you
