Not even worth one star. I ordered a blue zip fronted top which took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive and did not look like the photo at all. The zip wasn’t blue as shown, but bright white and very visible. They told me I had to pay for tracked return postage to China. Complete rip off. DO NOT BUY from them!!

I ordered a raincoat price £47.99 it took nearly 4weeks to arrive customer service being nonexistent when it arrived from china the workmanship was terrible the buttons were frayed and the one I ordered had a zip and it was cheap nylon with frayed edges when I asked to return it they said it would cost me £30 and gave me an address in china they then promised me a 50% refund but never received it so

Do not order from this website. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare. They say that they are investigating but take forever. Still waiting for my refund and it’s been over 3 months!
Company policy on returns is a load of crap. Do not believe a word it says. They need to take the website down and stop trading. Worse than scammers!!!

I ordered a dress for £40.. came too late for my event so I decided to return.. they received it mid August, it is now mid October and have had countless emails from them saying sorry they haven’t sent the refund yet. I don’t see how it can be so hard: I have to chase this every week at least and have tried to call which is also a waste of time. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. TERRIBLE. The dress wasn’t very nice material either!!!!

Ordered and paid for a large bag for my niece which took a lifetime to come, when it did it wasn’t even the correct bag. I contacted the company on 28th August and they told me they didn’t even stock the bag that was advertised, they offered me a partial refund and to keep the bag which I declined as I had no use for it so I asked for return details. It’s now 2nd October and still no return details provided, customer service are shocking and If I could give zero stars I would

Avoid! Item never arrived and the customer service is awful. I emailed them to find out what was happening and it felt like I was talking to an AI bot until I requested a refund. Then someone replied and said they needed to look into the delivery (which they’d already done). I’ve emailed three more times to get an update but got no response.

Ocean Wave a BLOB of CHEAP plastic on top of cheap metal. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. Returned to shipper instead of Netherlands so NO REFUND GIVEN.
BAD Quality and Customer Service.

I purchased a pendant from Ivy & Maeve because of the picture they put up of the item. However, when I got the necklace it was not at all like the photo they showed. I paid $29 for the pendant of a girl and her dog hugging and what they sent me was actually the same thing that you could buy on Temu for about $2. So I emailed to get their address and found they are in The Netherlands. I live in the United States. I called the post office to find out what it would cost me to return the item; they said $22.00 which was way too much. I decided not to send it and emailed them to say so. I also told Ivy & Maeve that they should take down the photo that I based my purchase on. Well they did not take the photo down and that is why I am writing this. I would not recommend purchasing jewelry from them. Also the buyer pays for return shipping to The Netherlands, so you will get duped twice unless you live there.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS BRAND!

I never write things like this but I believe it might be the only way I can get help with my order. I would appreciate any communication from the brand so I can process a return and receive a refund.

I ordered 4 dresses from Meave and Ivy on 17th July and received 2 of the dresses almost 2 weeks later. I am still waiting for the remaining 2 dresses from the order and have not received any delivery information via email. I sent multiple emails requesting to make a return and enquire about the missing order but I still have not heard anything. I have tried speaking to someone on the chatbot on their website but have only been able to get through to a real person once, who I explained my issue to and then never got a response with a solution. On top of the poor delivery service and customer experience, the dresses are of poor quality and not like what I was expecting at all.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.

This cheap nasty dress was not dress that I ordered, will be reporting this company to trading standards. Arrived in a scruffy plastic bag. SCAMMERS

I ordered the Ocean Wave earrings for my wife. WHAT AN UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT!!! These look nothing like the ones in the add. Waited over two weeks for delivery just to open the box and find CHEAP TRASH!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BYPASS THIS COMPANY. MISLEADING CHEATS!!! UPDATE! After asking for a refund I was told ONLY IF I ALTER OR DELETE MY REVIEW. I WILL NOT BOW TO BLACKMAIL!!! THIS COMPANY KEEPS GETTING WORSE!!!
