Tried to contact them regarding about my cancellation of subscription on various available platforms ( including instagram ) and no one REPLIED. What's worst is that i tried to manually do it but the subscription button doesn't exist on my account so what else can i do ?? Plus they aren't replying to my messages. Hais im not sure what else to do lol

Same experience as many of the recent reviews below, it started off as a double charge which i emailed them to clarify and their reason was that there was a glitch and they will look into it. Subsequently i requested for a full refund of both charges and they informed that they will process the refund within 7 days. It has been almost 2 weeks since and no refunds received yet. Been sending follow up emails to them but with no responses.

I have already alerted the bank to do a merchant dispute and lodged a complaint with CASE.
Next will be making a police report.
Everyone should just also tag mothership and the social media news outlets on these people.
Missing in Action
Email & WhatsApp Customer Support had gone silence ever since they had the incident of double-charged and kept saying they are low on manpower and the perfumes will be delivered ASAP. Never heard any updates from them ever since. Recommend submit a Police Report and CASE for them to be investigated. So that law enforcers will look into it.
Please beware of I'VRE. They used to be great, now it's just dangerous. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
IDK what happened to them.
I started my subscription in May 2023, at the price of $16.95 per bottle. It went great the first few months. Their support was friendly, fast and great.
But all went crashing down the past few months. For my September order, I was charged more than 2 weeks before my subscription date. I enquired and they told me it was due to a banking issue that they were resolving. I got my sep order first week of oct.
Then I was charged on Oct 4th for my october subscription when my order date was on the 25th. I tried to contact support however, it took them over 2 weeks to reply me. They said that it was a banking issue again. I still got my perfume in early November.
Then came the November charge. I was charged $36.90 (declined), and then $19.95 in the middle of the night. Tried to contact support however, no answer. My order is supposed to be $16.95. The support replied after about 2 weeks of constantly contacting them through email and chat. Said that they were having banking issues again, and apologised for the extra charge. Said that they will refund the difference.
It's 12 Dec now. I have yet to receive any update, refund, or my November order. Support is nowhere to be found. I feel like I have been scammed. Where's my perfume and where's my refund?

I have ordered two Perfumes during their close down sale and have got no updates even after trying to connect with them on Whatsapp or Webchat option. This is so bad and unprofessional. They were doing good job but now it has become worse.

No one gets back to me. I’m still waiting for my refund and my items.

For anyone that's looking to purchase for them, simply don't. I'VRE has been having many sketchy "malfunctions" regarding the transactions. It started from about 2 months ago where they would suddenly charge you in advance due to a "error in the system". And now it has led to them double-charging, claiming that they will refund the money that wasn't charged properly, and stalling the whole sale, and now they wont even deliver LAST MONTHS perfume to me. Terrible experience please don't buy from here.

My subscription had been cancelled and pending for refunds. However, with this email it seems like it's not being cancelled & twice of subscription amount being deducted. I demand an updates from your end.

Honestly this company is doomed. They ran away with everyone money and now they saying they have been acquired and trying to sell off brand new perfume bottles at $100 only?
Are they kidding or what please. someone please report them to CASE. They are closing down and yet still taking consumer money. The last my order was placed with them it took them 1 month to arrive and it was the wrong order too.
Loyal fan turn stranger
Been a big fan of them since their early days, but recently things have gone very bad for them.
1. Delivery keep getting delay.
2. Deducted additional amount of money for my purchase.
3. More than 2 weeks still no refund, and went mia when contacted.
My advice is the idea is good but ivre now is no longer a trustable brand.
Update: do not purchase from this scammers. They cancelled my order and agree on refund but when mia. DO NOT TRUST THEM ANYMORE!!!
Update 22 dec 23: they mentioned they have processed all refund but i still haven't received mine. They are still continuing the lies be careful. Police report shall be made.
The team has gone MIA
I got charged almost $500 and my order placed on 3 Nov has not been delivered (it's 4 Dec now). Customer service took awhile to respond the past few weeks, and now, they have completely stopped replying. Tried calling their number but the operator said that the number is no longer in service. Have not gotten a reply on email too. Been with them for awhile now and never had issue until November. I have a feeling they've ran away with everyone's $$$.

I cancelled IVRE sg subscription, due to them ALWAYS saying my choice is out of stock! I had to wait for 3 months! So I had to choose random perfumes for 3 months! (I feel it’s a scam) . So I had to cancel the subscription. Got a confirmation from team! The following month they deducted $495.45 from my account despite the cancellation of subscription. Luckily I saw my account! They refused to reply! I had to make a police report. few days later they have a AI reply! Their system had bugs! So they will take 7 business days to return the money! Still waiting! IVRE is a scam! Do not buy from them!
Don't subscribe on the perfume
Initially i ordered perfume and subscribed but my ordered perfume did not come, until now i haven't got my refund and the worst is they are trying to deduct SGD 494.45 on my account for the subscription which is supposed to be like SGD 40 something only, i was just lucky that account does not have money on it. So lesson learned dont subscribe on their perfume because you cannot cancel on your own you have to email them to cancel your subscription but for my case i emailed them ask to cancel my subscription and they told me its already cancelled but why if cancelled they are still trying to deduct SGD 494.45 in my account. So guys better not to patronize this company or you will regret in the end.
