Delivery issues
There were some delivery issues with the product, but after reaching our customer service said they would make it right. Even though the issues was not their fault.
There was an immediate response to my initial email, and they continued to remain in contact.
I have not received the 2 in 1 razor, yet, so I can not provide a review of the product itself.

They are FRAUDS! I never received my item or my money back. We emailed back-and-forth for months. They continued to send me automated responses and completely wasted my time. I have read several reviews that are similar, so please trust this and know to not use this company. They are frauds.

Great on legs

bought the hair straightening brush and it blew up in my hand. I turned it on set the heat to 190 let it get the temp picked it up and it blew up in my hand coursing me a mild electric shock!!! I had only used it 3 times prior, had only owned it for just over 1 month. This product should not be sold.... it is dangerous please if you have one be carful not to leave it unattended. I am now in a fight to get my money back even though I have done all the things they have asked! I even said I would send the product back....... my very strong advice would be to stay well clear of this company not just this product.
They are now blackmailing me and saying if I don't take my review down they will not give me my money back!

The 2 in 1 bikini razor was fantastic unfortunately I did receive a defective one that stopped working after a few uses but the customer service was fantastic and they responded very quiclky and they resolved the issue by offering to send me a new one. Got a bad one
I give it 4 star because I had a bad experience with the product not the costumer service! The product must of been defective or damaged during shipping because the box was all dented but I reached out to the customer service and had an excellent service! They responded quickly and professionally. They offered me different solutions and each of them I found were very reasonable. I picked one and Voila! Simple has this. Im happy, I'm sure they are. Customer service was great, fast and super responsive. The product was not for me as it did nick me and I did get a rash, but as soon as I sent an email to the customer service they didn't hesitate to try and fix the problem.

I ordered the 2-in-1 hairless bikini line trimmer and paid for expedited shipping. At 7 business days I checked and it was still in a state far away. I messaged them and less than 24 hours later they had apologized, let me know there warehouse here in the US was sold out, so they shipped from elsewhere and refunded my expedited shipping cost.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! Purchased a product, didn’t receive any email confirmation but the amount had been taken from my bank. I then got an email saying it was out for delivery, and had been delivered. The picture of the delivery address is not mine & when I contacted the delivery company, they confirmed that the tracking number was not associated with my address OR name! Meaning IUI Beauty has accepted my order but amended any delivery information so that I don’t receive it. I contacted them and they claim “it has been delivered so there is nothing we can do”. I have contacted trading standards and my bank to report fraud, my bank have confirmed that they hear a lot about this company. Trading standards have sent me a document to complete which allows them to pursue a case again IUI beauty. I will not let this lie!

BEWARE! This company is a SCAM. I placed an order for the thermal brush on May 3, 2025 which to this date have not received. They claim it was delivered on 5/19/25, but it is a LIE. I asked them to show proof of delivery and they send me a picture of my house from Google Map. No actual picture of item at the front door. Besides, I get notifications of all parcels out for delivery from USPS and I have never gotten one for this item. Now I just want a refund and they tell me they won’t give me a full refund. Don’t buy from this merchant!!!
UPDATE: After submitting this review I received a few emails from them, including the one below. After a long ordeal, they finally acknowledge that I never received my brush and refunded me my full purchase price.

This company is a Scam
This company is a Scam . I made a order a couple of weeks ago for the thermal Brush and still have not gotten it. Customer service is awful. They won’t let me cancel the order and won’t refund me my money. They promise I would get it yesterday which is Friday and it did not come I try to track my order and it says can’t find your order sometimes it says the order is still in china. It has not moved from that status. Just plain horrible.

I never received the product I ordered. Shipping information was "unavailable" and the company responded with boilerplate auto responses and no follow up. I doubt the item was ever even shipped or existed.
UPDATE: I received an email from the seller saying that IF (and only IF) I remove this review they will refund 50% of the cost. Unfortunately, I still have not even received the item. No full refund offered and no refund at all unless I remove this review. DO NOT BUY from this companyy
