I had a great experience with the company!
I was a bit concerned as the price was about R2000 cheaper than the retail price. They replied to my mails right away. The only thing was I needed to wait 10-12 working days so if you have the time then definitely save your money!

So I wanted to purchase some Thule Bags for an upcoming trip. I had done some google search and saw all the multiple vendors but there was one that stood apart simply for their pricing. Their listing stood at a price difference of almost R3,000 which I found to be very interesting. I almost blew it off as some type of chinese import type of thing, which I never ever venture into, no matter the price difference. As I went to the ITworkup website, I found it intuitive, sleek and very responsive. I saw that it was a local vendor here in South Africa with actual walk in offices. I read some reviews and then took the plunge; on check out I saw that they had even an option to order and pay on delivery (items over a thousand will require a R500 deposit after the order is placed only available at Jozi for now) which I felt was very reasonable. I then placed the order and got an email on instrutructions to deposit the R500, which I did. I then went ahead and ordered for 3 more bags because I felt very comfortable dealing with them. They made it very clear that it might take a max timeline of about 2 weeks to be delivered. Their front office kept me in the loop throughtout the process and I finally got their email saying that it was ready for a walk in pickup or the option of delivery to my abode. The next day they sent a vehicle to deliver and I swiped my card to complete the transaction, I even got free chocolates to go with my delivery. So my conclusion is that everyone should feel very free to deal with this company; the transaction was smooth as butter and without any hitch. I won't bother with the pay on delivery in future purchases becuase I have confirmed them to be very legit and forthright. Yes! two weeks may seem daunting for some folks but with about six thousand rands in savings, that is like saving rent money for most folks, if you ask me. If I kept that money in the bank, I won't get anything like that in interest. So I will surely buy from them again and I advise other vendors in this category to watch out, these guys mean business and they are here to stay, no doubt about that.

They always kept me informed about my order's progress which always kept me at ease. They were also prompt with getting back to me with queries. I am happy with the product. They may look at getting more hands as I had to wait for a very long time when I went to pick up my order because the owner was having a conversation with a client.

I was very nervous ordering from this site because it isn't well known but the reviews were good and the prices were lower than other sites.
I placed my order on the 14th of September and received my order on the 27th of September.
I received emails after placing the order, when my order was on its way to Johannesburg and again when it was on its way to me.
All in all, a good experience...

Ordered online, got email updates at critical points. Delivery was completed 14 working days after I ordered. Product is however not available otherwise in South Africa, so 2 days longer wait than the estimated 12 working days was in order.

I ordered a Cat6 Wifi router... It was delivered on time and it is good quality.. their prices are affordable.

I was initially a bit hesitant to purchase from ITworkup as I was unfamiliar with them and I wanted to make quite an expensive purchase, however throughout the process of ordering, awaiting shipment and delivery, I received quick and constant updates on all my queries. I am really very happy with the product and service I received. I did wait a bit longer than the 12 business days to receive my product but I was constantly kept up to date with live tracking. I would happily order all electronics from ITworkup in the future. You can't put a price on good service, and that's exactly what I got every time I contacted them. A really excellent business. General service and communication were good. When I placed my order, I was under the impression that the items were in stock. It turned out that this was not the case, however, and it took about 2 weeks for the items to be delivered.

Being a IT reseller myself, none of my suppliers were able to source the motherboard that I personally was interested in, but ITWorkup was able to supply and deliver within the 7-12 workdays as mentioned beforehand - I’m sure many would agree that importing and delivering IT hardware from abroad within 7-12 working days is impressive by ANY standards! Item received was exactly as advertised, there was a slight delay in shipping but they effectively communicated the delay to me. Overall good service.
