Their customer service is awful. They say if you are not satisfied they will refund your money. We'll, that's a lie. I had their servce for a little over a month but the channels kept buffering. I was in constant contact with them about that. FINALLY I canceled my subscription. They told me I would get a refund. I'm still waiting.

Absolutely terrible the same endless chatting crap all morning and afternoon then all the thick people trying to quiz then murder violence drugs all evening with emerdale and coronation street and police dramas no wonder the streets are not save itv show how to do it put some comedy on

Review for ITVX:
I am absolutely appalled by the experience of using the ITVX app. After attempting to continue a programme I had started on my television, I moved to my phone to resume watching from where I left off. Instead, I was forced to endure an outrageous number of adverts — sixteen in total, consisting of twelve 30-second ads and four 20-second ads — simply to locate my previous viewing point.

This is completely unacceptable. The sheer volume of advertising makes the app virtually unusable and demonstrates a total disregard for user experience. I became so frustrated that I switched it off altogether and will never use ITVX again.

Until ITV seriously rethinks this excessive and exploitative approach, I strongly advise others to avoid this app entirely. There are far better streaming services out there that respect their viewers’ time.

The premium no adverts service is half the price of netflix. I'd accidentally signed up with 2 emails previously so was charged £5.99 twice for the month. When I contacted them via email they responded fast and refunded the £5.99 thank you :)

I would give this a zero if it were an option. I cant believe that ITV STILL has not fixed this after so long and so many complaints! just there way of forcing more adds down us! absolute garbage.

This is undoubtedly the worst streaming app I've ever used. They go out of their way to prevent access, demanding you log in about every week and have appalong search and lengthy ad breaks

So so bad! Always glitching. Never finishes full programme whilst on catchup. Awful

The app manages to play its adverts but totally crashes my firestick when it tries to play its programme.. I've never used a streaming app as shit as this one.. wtf are they thinking

ITVX By far the worst streaming player out there… just remove this app all together it doesn’t work. Constantly lagging and crashing

When ITV started, it was then a genuine alternative to BBC. Now, until this week, the last thing I watched apart from the Tour de France, was Mr Bates v the Post Office. I know that ITV is giving up on the Tour, but it is incredibly difficult to find the station, and when I do, I cannot go back to find what I have missed, or to rewatch a part. Pathetic.

I would prefer to give no stars. This is by far the worst ever Player platform, when it decides to work it continually plays adverts and this is after choosing the watch live option !!
How can something be live if they delay your viewing by showing adverts....

Use ITV X or whatever you're called these days to stream programmes and films on my laptop. Every single time without fail it won't work. The play button has to be click hundreds of times before it works. I clear out my cache files and delete temp files every time I want to use this service. So most days. I would never pay for it. Just awful. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

A really dreadful app. Constantly glitches, it's slow, clunky and tricky to navigate. I remain genuinely surprised as to how such a large organisation could produce something this bad. It's not new, it's not due to recent updates or anything, it's always been bad. It's baffling that itv are seemingly happy with it.
