Received good advice so purchased a new battery for my system and was deliver on the agreed date, well packed and easy to install

The team at ITS were really helpful for advising on all the components I need for a DIY solar install. The delivery was really quick and the driver went the extra mile to move the pallet into my garage. I would highly recommend.

Recently I have bought a PYLON-US5000 battery and 18 x JAM54S-30-415-GR-BF Solar Panels, and each transaction has been easy and straight forward.

Great experience buying FOX ESS batteries from ITS. Excellent customer service supporting me throughout the purchase process with sound advice. Happy to do business with them again. Highly recommend them.

Great solar panels for a Great price, good communication and the good delivery service.

Great service, all advise given over the phone and delivered within 2 working days.

Easy to order, good price and decent delivery time

Communication, ordering and delivery was smooth.
I asked for technical help and was assisted.

I looked into buying some batteries and an associated system and felt that many of the operators in this field were out to take as much money off me as they could. They typically said that I had to buy the system from them if they were going to install it.
Luckily I came across ITS who sell the same equipment for substantially less than the others. The great added benefit was that they also have ties with installers and the person they sent was very friendly and helpful.
So I’ve got 50% more system capacity for the same price as I was being quoted by other ‘supply and install’ operations.
Overall they are a very good company that deserves to grow and succeed. I will certainly be using them again.

Knowledgeable and Unhurried service from start to finish. Ben was great at helping me select and have installed a 20kw battery system with Inverter, at a very competitive price. Thoroughly recommend.

Apologies! My mistake! Wrong review!
Solar panel is perfect! Arrived quickly and on time. Undamaged too. Not wired it up yet because of the British weather but it looks perfect!

Fast and reliable service, also good prices for panels

From start to finish smooth service , from enquiry to delivery and everything in between , system designed by Jonathan and he fairly knows his stuff ! 10/10 would use again

We recently purchased a battery storage system from ITS. Jonathan at ITS was super helpful with advice and recommendations and our new battery systems arrived within 48 hours. Great customer experience. Would absolutely use ITS in the future.

Only one unit arrived, the second / third one dispatched after we chased the second one, only 2 ever arrived.

Fast delivery, Great product,
Good communication.

I rang the company about an enquiry about the delivery of my solar panels. The lady I spoke to was very helpful. She rang me back when she said she would. She provided me with a very good and reliable service. Sorry I do not know your name but you were extremely helpful. I greatly recommend this firm to others. Thank you again

Considering my goods didn’t arrive on the scheduled date agreed and I took a day off work and waited in all day is not great. I still don’t have the purchased goods. Let’s hope they turn up this week. When I called your number to check if they were still being delivered. I got an automated response saying your business was shut as you were respecting the Jewish holiday. This delivery was agreed for the 21st June so I checked online when the Jewish was. Shavuot is June 11th to 13th so the week before

Every occasion I’ve ordered the delivery has been a nightmare and is expensive too.

The electricians were neat and communicated clearly how the system worked and what was required. They cleaned up after the install and took the rubbish away with them.
