Una manera muy fácil de devolver. Recibí las instrucciones y la etiqueta al momento. El reembolso también tardó muy poco.

Les escribí con una duda respecto a las políticas de devolución y la atención fue efectiva.

horrible company, never accepted the UPS. I had to contact multiple time company and UPS to resolve the issure. After 100 days still waiting on refund.

Mi hanno prelevato soldi che non gli dovevo e da due mesi mi prendono in giro dicendo che poi mi rimborsano , ma ad oggi non si vede niente indietro anzi continuano a prendere soldi che non gli devo tanto che ho dovuto annullare la carta di credito a assegnata per i pagamenti.
Inoltre i soldi dei cambi che mi hanno fatto , non si è ancora visto niente.
In pratica raccattano tutto quello che possono fino a quando non gli blocchi carte e tutto quello a loro utile per raccattare.

Worst company. Dont order here. I had to return my shoes because they were to small. I am still waiting for my refund for over 3 weeks now. They don’t rely to any of my messages. This is a pure scam company. I’ll now take legal actions.

Ordered a item from urbanstar they did not check my shoes with the defect, still send the shoe now had to Return it and stil waiting for my money this is 3 weeks ago.

Terrible company. I have contacted REVER - multiple times, telling them I have not received my refund of over $250 and asking for help. They keep sending me the same email with links to the same information then an automated email stating the refund has been processed. When confirmation that the package was received and my refund would be made, that I should have been received within 10 days. That was the 8th October. Now it's 22nd October, and I still have not received the payment. Nor has REVER or Maison Hotel helped in any way.

Just doesn't work. Trying to return my Tropicfeel shoes as they are the wrong size. The return process is through Rever, so I went through with it and got my barcode
Besides the fact that you still gotta print the label as if it's 2012, it just doesn't work. I tried to drop off my parcel to the Evri drop-off point, and we received a warning saying "Customer dropoff not allowed", despite I did choose dropoff (not collection) when I started the process. And no collection arranged anyways.
Contacted them, just to receive the very same label through an automated message. I keep sending mails to them to be ignored. Tropicfeel is also not responding to my emails.
Using Rever wasn't my choice obviously, but hope it won't be any company's choice.

J'ai commandé un meuble sur Internet que je souhaite renvoyer car défectueux. L'entreprise de retour (Rever), me contacte pour fixer d'une date à laquelle la société de transport partenaire viendra chercher mon colis. Ils ne sont jamais venu.
Ca fait maintenant 1 mois que j'essaie de renvoyer mon colis. Nous fixons des dates toutes les semaines avec Rever qui ne sont jamais honorées. Ils sont passifs et n'ont pas l'air d'essayer de vouloir trouver une solution au problème.
