Bought a bikini, for 3 weeks never got any update on the order, then I’ve contacted the CS and they told me that my parcel is lost on the warehouse offering me a giftcard for the next purchase.
I replied asking for a full refund in accordance with EU e-commerce regulations but since then they never replied.
Very very bad experience, they just get your money without sending u the products
Bikini leaked dye immediately onto itself. The top colour leaked into the band, and both the top and bottom leaked onto my brand new rashguard ruining all three items on the first wear into the ocean!
These items are so expensive, its such a shame.
I have written to customer services and am expecting compensation...
The Bikinis Look Cute online, the Design is nice but its not worth the Price. The Customer Service is not really good. I could not Return the intems but could Not reach out to anybody neither.
The product itself is not worth the price.
Regarding the Quality it could be a 40€ Bikini but Not worth 120€ or more…
Further than that the sizes are not realistic. M/L is like S.

I bought a bikini and never got a confirmation email. I thought the sale hadn’t gone through but then received the item. I have no order number so I cannot ask for a refund online.
The bikini itself is DISGRACEFUL. I thought I had purchased a child size by accident. Instead, I bought an adult size medium that fits like an extra small at best. I am so sick and tired of these “fashion” companies that make women feel overweight and bad about their bodies, when actually they are the problem.
Sort out your sizes, sort out your emails, and do better or just close down altogether. Thank you.

Fits so small, it digs into your skin! It looks like it’s made in China, cheep quality
I wore it once and the colour faded to the lighter colour of the bikini.

Last season I bought a swimsuit from this site, which was very poor quality because the color faded with every wear, staining my clothes and towels on the beach when damp. The color literally faded within a week beyond recognition. I sent a complaint via email and they gave me a coupon to use in the amount of the purchase, which I recently used and ordered a one-piece. This item came faulty as well, with a very obvious excess of fabric under one armpit, sticking out. I contacted them again and they told me to generate a return label via a link they sent me, which I tried to do but it didn’t work. The next email I sent explaining this was never received since they blocked me. I even tried contacting them again from another email, but it’s been weeks since and I never got a reply. I am now left with two faulty items, and my money wasted. DO NOT BUY!
The best bikinis. I go through a lot of bikinis and tried a lot of brands over the years and these are the best ever. Material is thick, so soft and designs are really supportive. They are super functional and I love that I can swim or surf in them as well as just laying around. I have had a white pair that I have worn regularly in a spa for months and they are still in great condition and Im so happy about that!! Definitely worth it couldn't recommend them enough.
