After carefully looking for a white ceramic Rado watch for my wife, this website had the absolute lowest price. I went ahead and ordered the watch, however it was out of stock at the time I ordered it. I received an email right away asking me if I still wanted to order it. i said yes. I was tolt it might take 6-8 weeks to get from the manufacturer but for me to contact them at any time for an update of which I did. I always received a fast response. It took about 6 weeks to get but it was worth the wait. It came in a factory sealed box and was in prestine condition. I contacted my salesperson Bobby to tell him how pleased i was with the watch. I have NO reservation in recommending this company for the next purchase of your timepiece.

I really love watches and have so for many years. I've purchased a few watches from this company and this last time they really went above and beyond for me. I needed the back of the watch engraved which they were able to accommodate for me. I also asked them if they could gift wrap it for me and they did so at no extra cost. Itmustbetime.com always keep you informed with emails such as tracking info, etc. They are always cheaper then everyone else and ship VERY fast. I wanted to write a review to explain to the people that this website truly makes an easy experience for it's customers. First off, I received my watch four days after my order. I literally had about 10 questions that I asked before I placed my order with the rep over the phone and she was very resourceful. They had a facebook promotion going on where I was able to get a discount as well. Ask about it! The watch arrived with good secure packaging. Please feel very comfortable ordering from this website. Fantastic service...

I had been searching for a discontinued Citizen chronograph, BL5350-59E, for some time. During my searches, It Must Be Time came up as having the watch I wanted. This was the only website that actually had the watch available and also at the lowest price. All the other companies had outdated websites and no longer had the watch.

Bobby took my order and it was a perfect transaction with great communication all along the way. The watch was ordered on Tuesday and arrived on Saturday morning, traveling all the way across the country.

I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase or the quality of service I was afforded. This is truly a professional company that is truly customer-oriented. I will be a repeat customer.


UPDATE:

I received my new Citizen Chronograph BL5350-59E on Saturday 3/18. Looking at the watch again on Sunday, I noticed the luminous marker was missing from the 1:00 position. I compared it to the black-ion version of this watch that I already own. The marker was not installed during manufacturing and this omission was not caught by Citizen’s QC department, the vendor, It Must Be Time, and lastly by me. I sent Bobby an email on Sunday morning, describing the problem. He emailed me back the same day, telling me he would get on the problem first thing Monday and not to worry.

By Monday afternoon, his vendor had supplied him with a replacement watch that was checked over thoroughly and then sent out by USPS Priority Mail the same day. Bobby told me when it arrives to check it over thoroughly and, once I am happy, to package up the original watch and send it back to him. Very simple.

Bobby could easily have waited until he received the old watch back before sending me out the new one, but this would result in an excessive delay. As a gesture of mutual trust, Bobby, without hesitation or additional payment, sent the new watch out immediately, on the assurances that the defective one would be returned to him. This mutual trusting relationship between a buyer and a seller is essential when such problems arise.

He gave me the new tracking number and I received the replacement yesterday. From receipt and unpacking of previous watch, discovering the defect, emailing Bobby and having a new replacement in my hands, in the span of less than a week, is nothing short of incredible, given I am all the way across the country from him

Pros:
First of all I must say that guys have wonderfull stock - since i couldn't find this model on some other inet shops.
And the other advantage is that they can ship outside the US. Prices in Russia are almost twice as high and I really saved a lot of money.

Cons:
Delivery seems to cost slightly higher than expected.

Total:
My price (together with delivery) is less than in Zurich duty-free with all possible discounts and tax returns :)

I order a Rado watch feb 14th and it said "in stock" on website.
I was hoping at this time that I could received it before my girlfriend's birthday fev 26th.
I got an e-mail saying that he had to order it an I should have it couple of day after the feb 26th. Why it's "in stock" and you have to order it??
I was disappointed but kept the order because the price was good with shipping to Montréal, Canada.
I finally received the beautiful watch February the 9th to my door. I know that customs can delayed the delivery time in Canada but I did not have it for my girlfriend's birthday.
Other that that Bobby gave a good customer service with fast answer by e-mail. You can easily reach him by phone. He called me to confirm my credit card number because I'm canadian buyer and wanted to have my item delivered in USA but they don't do that.
The total amount was has he said and that's important for us Canadian buyers.
I recommend this company.

I based my purchase not on only on the price but on the quick communication and great service they offered before I bought. They answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly and sure enough, i received my watch 3 days after I ordered it as promised. I highly recommend them to any watch connoisseur out there! I was looking for a very specific Montblanc watch. I tried the Montblanc authorized dealer in my city. The dealer said that particualr model had long been sold out, that none were showing up in the system and that particular model had been discontinued.
