I waited for some time before trying to sort my portfolio fully as the logistics of the switchover, to be fair, must have been huge. Letalone during lockdown. After an incredibly rocky start transferring from SVS (the reason I can't put 5 stars) they have more than thoroughly made up for it. Before I heap the much deserved praise I must make the point that I've started being charged a custody fee which I wasn't previously with SVS. This stings a little after not being able to access my portfolio on the trading platform until now so be aware of this. However, the reason for the review is that so much praise should go to Samy in the early stage but more recently I could not heap enough praise on Sanjeev who took my case and got everything sorted in lightning quick time. He worked professionalism and good grace and with the help of the relevant departments. This was customer service way and above the norm and I cannot thank him enough. It was tough at first but ITI deserve this positive review as they are clearly working hard to make things good and off recent evidence they are achieving that goal over and over. Well done.

One star is just too good for this inept bunch of so called traders. I’ve been waiting since last August for my accounts to be transferred out of their hands and there is still one not transferred. Now I will have to spend a considerably amount of time checking the dividends I should have received. By all means go with these jokers if you like being endlessly messed about and being unable to access your funds or trade your shares

Account issues
I had issues with my account, so i called Clive Elms to help me resolve the problem. Clive could not have been more helpful, he sorted out the issue and had great patience in explaining the workings of the trading platform and also in discussing trading ideas. It was a pleasure to talk to Clive.

When I rang to get help with my account, I was quickly transferred to Sanjeev who was really helpful and explained everything in a clear and concise way.

My investments and cash were transferred to ITI automatically following the administration of SVS Securities.

It was quickly clear that I needed to transfer to another provider, they didn't even have a working online system where I could view my holdings.

I started the transfer process 6-months ago and most of my cash/investments have still not been transferred yet. It took a few painful conversations with the customer services team to realise that any next steps they commit to are simply lies to get you off the phone.

I raised a complaint, which did finally get a response but this was months ago and has not amounted to much.

To the team at ITI - please don't reply to this with a message saying you are keen to resolve this issue but need my full name and account details, the complaint was raised months ago, just do your jobs in the first place.

Clive Elms has been incredibly helpful and supportive in dealing with my late brother's account. He was understanding, polite, charming and efficient and I could not have wished for more. I am MOST grateful to him and please pass this on.

I have never before dealt with such a business unwilling to comply with a customer's requests. No matter how many times I attempt to contact them they refuse to respond. They are holding onto investments of mine which I wish to move on but they just do not appear to make any effort to do as I ask.

I received no communication from you until I started a complaint, and still have not received any funds

Louisa Nyarko (a star!!) helped sort an issue out with an ITI payment.
When I have actually spoken to people in the firm, they have all been helpful, however, the platform itself needs work.

In 2007 ITI Capital (then ODL) invested my money without my consent in their own name. Since then they've been playing every trick to avoid redeeming my shares.
Deadline for redemption was 30/03/2021. Nobody from customer services replies to emails nor phone calls. From my experience they are a crowd of con artists.

is trying to force the government to take another action against ITI.

A Clive elms has been dealing with a number issues for me over a couple of months and his responses were second to none. The other departments within the company however were not as good

Support Staff @dealings are very Customer focussed.

The "onboarding/transfer" has been an exceptionally difficult & at times ludicrous process from SVS. However the team on the Trading Desks have been extremely helpful in assisting me. Sanjeev Verma & Jack Malone in specific.

Non reply to emails is a constant problem, as well as losing shares that were transferred to them.

This is the most dreadful unprofessional 'professional company' that I have ever had to deal with. Issues remain despite it being almost 10 months since my accounts were transferred from SVS Securities. Whilst I can accept that issues arise from time to time, this company takes not following up on telephone calls and ignoring 'support' and 'complaint' emails to a new level. Indeed the 'Support Center' with a link through my online account has not worked for many, many months. Suffice to say that messages were ignored and sometimes deleted without any response over the period that it was active! Based on my experiences and that of so many other reviewers I cannot believe that anyone would voluntarily choose to use this company's services. I do hope that the Financial Ombudsman Service will take appropriate actions soon.

As with many, my account was transferred over to ITI Capital after SVS Securities closed and ITI are now in possession of my money.

I have been emailing both of their contact emails they provide for a MONTH AND A HALF now and have received absolutely NO RESPONSE at all from them.
Deeply concerning, abysmal and awful company. How they are still around is beyond me. They should be truly ashamed of the terrible company they are.

ITI Capital - if you are reading this, give me my money and stop actively ignoring my emails.

DO NOT EVER CONSIDER!

I have used Phoenix since 2013 The main application has become very complicated for the casual user. While all the information is very useful, it is difficult to to use. Now you must also change currency to the currency that you are purchasing in, before it happened automatically. The web version of the app is simpler and easier to use. The staff on the phone and via Email are always very helpful.

The dealing platform is good and the dealers are all very helpful. What lets this company down is on the withdrawal of funds, they still require and signed form to do this, and once received still take over a week to send them out. If this could done this electronically and funds returned quickly, I would have given a higher rating.

Moving from scs, took over a year for them to even get my account functional.They only did so when i brought in the FSA
