Great service
Had a cracked screen on my ipad2. Contacted iTechnician on Monday morning, received a confirmation email immediately, and a phone call from local outlet (RL Supplies in Watford) that afternoon. Dropped off iPad on Tuesday, had it back on Thursday morning. All for £34.
Fast and friendly service, and a very competitive price.

Help!
Hi my iPad mini 4 got damaged and I heard about iTechnician. I requested a repair quote twice and I was hoping someone would reply after the second one. I love the idea of professional work but for cheap and I would really like someone to reply to my quote please can someone from iTechnician respond to this so I can get my iPad fixed!
I would also like to ask do you sell products because when I was requesting a repair quote there was an option to sell your device.

Excellent service and very efficient
Had to use this service as my iPhone 6 Plus screen smashed making my phone literally unusable. Within 30 minutes of handling it in for repair at the Slough, Farnham Road branch, I literally left with a iPhone that looked as if it had just been taken out of the box.
Update:
Had the phone for one week and the screen started peeling off. The shop replaced it for free but two weeks later, the screen started peeling off again. :(((((

Why did you not get back in contact with the store or drop the iTechnician HQ customer service team an email (you can get intouch via the contact us page on the iTechnician website).
We would have had a look at the issue again for you at no cost to you and we could then establish what the problem was and correct it for you. Could there have been an issue with the chassis of the phone? Either way we will correct it for you if you get back intouch, we are here to help...

I ended up increasing memory on my iMac myself but mac-repair-stockport offered to do it without charge when I approached them.

Terrible experience
Would not use them again.Been to Slough farnham road branch with my iPad mini 2 the guy promised to fix it same day but when i came back to pick it back found that he broke the internal lcd as well and whole iPad is very badly messed and they didn't even feel sorry end up with broken iPad please avoid them at any cost .

Very Disappointed
After reading good reviews, I took my iPhone 5S to have the screen replaced in the Brighton store.nat first I was delighted with the service, it was fixed within and hour and only cost 40 pounds. However after to weeks it suddenly crashed. I tried turning it on and off but the screen turned black, I then plugged it into my computer and realised that the sound was still working (it made a noise to show it was charging) however the screen is completely broken. I am very disappointed as I trusted this service and I really need my phone for work. Really am not happy and would urge everyone to go elsewhere, where they actually care about the long life of the product. My phone is not useable, before the screen was only cracked so I completey regret this, very bad service.

It's fair to say that the technicians on iTechnician have the expertise and experience when it comes to repairing Apple devices with the majority of the repairs being "iPhone screen replacements". We have some of the best Apple device technicians in the UK hence why we have fantastic reviews although many people that are happy with the repair they receive don't review or write about it as they take our 5 star service as a given and rightly so!
Harrie, you mention that you took your iPhone 5s to one of the Brighton stores of which you paid just £40 for a screen replacement and that you were delighted with the service that you received. Our technicians strive to please every customer that requests a repair via the iTechnician website and I am proud to hear the technician in Brighton did just that.
After two weeks of the screen being replaced you say that a string of other faults suddenly appeared with the iPhone which is unfortunate considering we dont need to take the inside of your iPhone apart to replace a screen so I am not sure how those faults to your iPhone would be the technicians doing?

Abysmal. Wouldn't Touch With A Bargepole.
I had the recent misfortune of using iTechnician's Oxford based Pod Games Zone, which also is affiliated with the nearby Hightec Solutions where I eventually ended up to retrieve my phone on the merry chase they sent me on. Went in with a simple job of replacing the charging port on my phone. While the charging port did work, it soon came apparent that the microphone didn't. Nobody could hear me when I made a call. Although they had corrected an annoying intermittent fault with the phone's ability to charge, they rendered it useless by breaking the microphone! That may have been down to a faulty part, or simply down yo the incompetence of the technician ehildt working on it. Given what happened next I would go with the latter. Either way, it certainly demonstrates that they failed to perform any tests whatsoever that the phone was fully functional once a "repair" had been done. I went back to the shop to ask for a repair under warranty. They couldn't do it that day do told me to come back the next day. The next day I was put through a series of excuses why my phone wasn't ready when they said it was. First told 5, no phone. Went into the shop and told 7, came back at seven, no phone. Told 8.30, which I couldn't do as I going live in Oxford so agreed to pick the phone up at 10, the next morning. Went in the for 10 the next day, told a part needed to be ordered and if would bs ready at 1.30. Came to 1.30 and no phone. Eventually ended up going from Pod Game Zone to Hitech Solitions to collect it as they couldn't be bothered to return it to Pod. When I got the phone I discovered that the part they had fitted was for a white iPhone, not the black one I had! Allegedly this part had to be ordered hence the delay, but surely if ordering one you would order the correct part. For me that just is evidence that I was palmed off with bs for the delay in my phone. Furthermore, you would have to be a complete incompetent to fit a part to a phone which is completely the wrong colour! I did get a refund eventually, but that doesn't forgive their incompetence and the inconvenience it caused to myself and my business. The microphone doesn't work particularly well, although my voice is audible it still sounds poor. Unfortunately I'm now in a position where I have to go and pay someone else to go s decent job and git the correct coloured part which works properly. While they have offered to replace it, would anyone in their right mind trust them after that? I would trust them to open a tin of beans, let alone an iPhone. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

iPhone 6 Repair
Excellent Service and communication! I emailed 3 companies for a quote to fix 2 iPhone 6 screens for employees. Cellcrazy got back to me within in a hour, advising of cost, turnaround times and how to proceed with the repair. I was then phoned shortly afterwards to confirm I had received the email. I went ahead with the repair the following day. I chose the 'pick up' option. The phones were picked up at exactly the given time and dropped back within 4 hours, complete with new screen, screen protector and a case. The repair comes with a 1 year warranty too.Payment was easily made on line. I highly recommend Cellcray for individuals and business looking for an efficient and cost effective solution to phone repairs.

IPhone battery in Bromley area
I saw an article in The Times, 14/6/15, re iTechnician, so contacted them re getting a new battery for my iPhone 4. James Broomfield came to my house yesterday and carried out the work; he was excellent at his job and a really nice person too. Turns out he was the one referred to in the article, though sadly, not by name. I would definitely contact him again, and recommend iTechnician too. Many thanks.

Highly recomend
Mark agreed to pick up my iPhone on a Sunday and arrived exactly on the time agreed, what's more the phone was back with me within 2 hours, fixed and looking like new.
If you want your device fixed with confidence then there is only one choice for Manchester / Cheshire area.
I wouldn't use anyone else, even if cheaper.

Kenny in Hockley offers a friendly and efficient local service - repaired my iphone 5 screen in an hour at a fraction of the price Apple wanted to do the same thing.
