Italy Private Transfers Anmeldelser

I had two transfers while I was in Italy and both of these were absolutely perfect! Because of some winding roads in Tuscany, I got a little motion sickness and the driver was so wonderful. He let me sit up front checked on me often and was so kind! I highly recommend Italy transfer service! They were also on time offered us water and were very professional! Will be using again!

I found Italy Private Transfers online while planning our trip to Italy, and I’m so glad I did. We needed both tours and transfers between cities, and Dion arranged three separate tours from three Italian cities, along with three intercity transfers.
His communication in English was excellent, and he kept us informed every step of the way. Like clockwork, he sent a reminder email before each tour or transfer so we could confirm the details. The evening before, he followed up with the driver’s name and WhatsApp number, making it easy to get in touch.
All the drivers were punctual and professional, and their vehicles were modern and comfortable. Some even shared the history of places we passed along the way, a welcome bonus that wasn’t part of the booked service.
The pricing was fair for the level of service we received. Whenever we need a tour or transfer anywhere in Italy, Dion will be our first call. I highly recommend Italy Private Transfers!

Dion our booking rep was extremely prompt in responding to messages and arranged an outstanding driver for our transfer from Taormina, Sicily to Tropea, Calabria by way of Savoca. Not only was Alessandro (our driver) an outstanding driver (extremely safe and knowledgeable about the area) he was personable and extremely knowledgeable about the many questions we asked. This was a great experience for us. Would use this service again.

We had an outstanding experience with Dion and his team. From start to finish, communication was excellent, and Dion was incredibly responsive, professional, and attentive to every detail.

The vehicles were new, spotless, and very comfortable, making our transportation seamless and stress-free. The drivers were punctual, courteous, and easy to communicate with, which made coordinating logistics effortless.

Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Dion to anyone looking for reliable, professional transportation services. We would absolutely use his services again in the future.

Super positive experience from booking all the way to the end of the service. Booking was efficient, it was easy to stay in contact with them before and during the service. The service itself was phenomenal and very professional, and it allowed us to go between 2 destinations that are otherwise poorly connected. Would book again with my eyes closed!

I requested a ride from Bologna to Ravenna, Italy. The driver arrived on time, came to pick us up in a very clean and elegant Mercedes. He spoke both English and Italian and was very accommodating. We had a safe drive, with no issues. I highly recommend this service due to high-end service, safety and cost. I will use them again.

I used Italy Private Transfers for multiple trips through Sorrento and Naples. They are incredible; they are very aware of traffic patterns and are very accommodating.

Super-professional. We used them to take us from Siena, after the Palio, to the Florence airport. Streets were partially closed down, but the driver made the extra effort to figure out how to get to our apartment instead of us needing to meet him at a pickup spot several blocks away. Courteous and helpful; thumbs up, would readily use them again.

We engaged Italy Private Transfer for VIP transfers, overall experience was top notch, easy to communicate and the vehicle provided met standard and very well maintained.

We used Italy Private Transfers after our cruise ship docked to get from Trieste port to Bologna Italy.
The online communication was excellent, price was fair.
Our driver was on time, courteous and there was bottled water in the very comfortable 6 passenger vehicle.
I would definitely recommend this service.

We had a great experience with Italy Private Transfers. Dion was incredibly responsive, we got consistent updates & confirmations for all of our reservations, direct contact information for each of our drivers the day before pick-ups, the vehicles were new & immaculate, and the prices for city-to-city transfers were superb. We could not have asked for more.

Many thanks and gratitude to Dion for organizing our transfers in Italy. The company was very accommodating with us having to change our location pick up and drop off as we changed plans so many times. Our driver was professional and courteous and got us safely to our destination. Nice touch by our driver as we were celebrating our 25th and they provided some bubbly and treats for us. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for everything !
