bad customer service, incomplete site.
people pay for this site and reasonably they ask for the learning part to work. and the owner of the site writes passive aggressive responses like "be patient, im the only one working". first of all, there is no time to be patient. the literal purpose of the site, cent-s exam period, is almost over. some people are actually relying on this site. (not me thank god) if someone is paying for your service, they ask for good and proper service. you cant get angry for this and tell ur paying customers to be patient. so the customer service is very horrible. i checked out the other parts of the site, and its alright. if the customer service was good my review could have been higher, even though an important part of the site doesnt work.

Regarding the statement you mentioned (“be patient, I’m the only one working”), this was shared in a private student WhatsApp group, where communication is informal and more conversational in nature. It was not intended as a formal customer support response. That said, we understand that taken out of context, it may not reflect the level of professionalism we aim for, and we will be more mindful going forward.
We also want to acknowledge your concern about incomplete features. The platform is actively evolving, and we are continuously working on improvements — including structured learning videos, detailed lectures, and enhanced content across sections to better support students during their preparation.

Best platform for cent s exam with a user friendly interface. I've been studying from it's resources for a while now and it helped a lot with my concepts and my understanding of the exam. Lots of questions for practice and easy to understand lectures., and the best part is that the whole platform is free to use.
