very comprehensive and kind approach towards the clients. This time my issue was handled by Ms Cherubini and Ms Elli . They are both professional and helpful. Anytime i askedk for guidelines they assisted me and over all i can say that the company and staff are truely professional and knowledgable . Working with them gives comfort and confidence .

I am very sorry you had a bad impression of us. I suffer from a chronic condition and sometimes I have an uncontrolled cough. Moreover, because we work with public offices such as Consulates and the Police we always need to be reachable on the phone at any moment.
