Una forma distinta de cimprar y ganar subastas. Hay que tener paciencia y suerte, pero no se compara al.momento de ganar.

Deveriam indicar a hora que acabam os leilões e quais os vencedores. Tem pouca transparência. Há uma indicação em destaque, que caso não vençam os leilões serão devolvidos os créditos, mas apenas nestas condições:

" - Se não ganhar um leilão, não se preocupe. Verifique a secção Desconto Ganho para usar o valor completo dos créditos gastos para comprar qualquer produto à sua escolha "

Após tomar conhecimento deste site, li as condições do mesmo, e só depois de iniciar a compra de créditos e iniciar os leilões é que percebi como tinha sido enganado.
Não aconselho a este tipo de transações. os proprios leilões funcionam de forma estranha. As possibilidades de conseguir ganhar um leilão deve ser a mesma do que ganhar numa lotaria.

May 07, 2017. I used my credit plus additional cash to purchase an item.
May 10. I received an email from PH Madbid support, a certain Lolita without a surname, that the item was no longer available although it was available when I paid for it. She offered me a replacement. However, the email address cannot be replied with, which is odd. I emailed the UK support that I am accepting the offered replacement. Apparently, UK support forwarded my message to PH support. I wonder why UK can email PH when I cannot.
May 31. I followed up on the status of the delivery. Again the PH email returns email sent to it. So, I emailed the UK support. Same story, PH support Lolita sent an email that she is checking the status and will get back to me which up to now, no feedback yet.
June 05. I sent a follow-up again to UK support because PH support cannot be emailed still. I only got an automated response, nothing more.
June 13. I again sent an email to both PH and UK support. No response.
I'm beginning to doubt. I hope I get a concrete and specific reply. I hope to receive the item which I think is expensive.

Following up Madbid's reply to my first report, which denied they had received my first email, despite my receiving an automated response with a number (266473) which I quoted to them! They wrote to me on 1st June also saying they could not trace my first two emails.
I have sent the email below on 2nd June; needless to say I have not heard a word since!

I am amazed you state that you did not receive my two earlier emails, for, as I stated, I received an automated response (no. 266473 _ Not for Me) to the first one promising a reply within 48 hours!!

I attach these emails below. They were addressed to the same address as my third email to which you responded, ie xxxxxxxxx
I am not interested in credits, earned discounts etc., as stated it is too complex for me at my age, I would just like the refund I requested. Please also answer my query about the correct address for Marcandi Ltd. that I raised in my last email.

Adquiri creditos no madbid no valor aproximado de 130,00 reais. Pensei se não ganho no leilão poderei usar os créditos para comprar o produto. Bom não ganhei e quando fui comprar o produto só recebi um valor de 52,00 reais de crédito. Então não é leilão, é um tipo de loteria . É pura enganação.

Maior furada. O horário do leilão é de 4:00 às 22:00 e o lance ė de 1 em 1 centavo. Você leva uma eternidade, acaba com os seus créditos antes do término do leilão, ou seja, acaba gastando muito mais pelo produto leiloado. Caso queira creditar mais, o preço gasto pelo produto acaba sendo superior ao preço de mercado. No final não fica sabendo quem ganhou, pois o leilão não aparece na lista dos últimos leilões fechados.

I have been with Madbid from the past 6 months. In starting I'm able to win but only credits not an single displayed item. Now when it comes to the payment they used to say that if you are sharing card then they will suspend the account. I want to ask them that they want the payment done or they are authority over us. It's customer headache to manage how to pay. It is non of their business to know from where the payment has been done. They suspend the account and not give any earned discount and even they stop to reply the person whose account has been suspended. Now if somebody asks them they use to copy paste the terms and conditions. They generally suspend the account of the person suddenly who has handsome amount of earned discount. They can be so menial and cheap one can never even thought in dream. And about delivery written 5-6 days to manipulate the customers but reality after 2 months the product is not delivered. AND CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE CAN'T EXPLAIN AS I'LL SHOUT OUT UNPARLIAMENTARY WORDS. HAVE TRUST ON YOUR ENEMY ONCE BUT NEVER EVER TRUST THIS BUSTED MADBID THUG SITE.

No es necesario Ganar una subasta para poder obtener buenos artículos solo espero que para la próxima si me llegue mas rápido mi producto...

I am one of the new member of Madbid. It was a great experience for me. I won two items. Everything is perfect except delivery (too late). I informed my friends and some of them is being member of Madbid. Good luck to all members of site.

That’s funny please don’t make the mistake I made.
I deposited £100 and bid over £52 without winning anything.

However when I wanted to take my balance and run I was advised that they will charge me £30. Just to transfer the balance I had on the account
So think as this mad bid is not good you will never win anything of it

Try this site out. Great fun and in a way you can't lose. I won an Illumite charger for 1p. I couldn't believe it. I'm going to give it to my son to charge his mobley. then maybe he will answer his phone when I call him!!!

F'in scamsite. You need to purchase credits first before you can enter and start bidding. The store is not what it appears to be in the homepage. No iPhones, Macs or any good product whatsoever. Also, the reply from this MadBid team is a very generic reply. Do not trust this website. Paid reviews. Fake accounts.
