I contacted iSafe Gas on Saturday morning. I was immediately given an appointment for the Monday, where James assessed our needs
explained our options and gave his recommendations. On choosing our option our boiler was fitted the next day. Gary attended on time, removed our old system, installed our new one, guided us through our new product and left the house exactly as he found it. He was very respectful and courteous of our home. I'm glad we chose iSafe and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others.

Found this company through Facebook and gave them a message due to my boiler making some strange noises when on. Arranged an appointment for James to visit my property and give me a quote for a new one as it was fairly old and I wanted peace of mind. James was very professional and knows his stuff, talked us through everything and gave us a quote at the end of it which we were happy with. Gary the engineer was out the following week to install our new boiler and radiator which was to the highest standard, place was left immaculate and all old components were taken away. Delighted with the service from iSafe and would highly recommend them.

Would I recommend this company to my friends and family , definitely 100% YES. From start to finish this company have went above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. James understood my needs & recommended an excellent combo boiler. Gary installed the boiler in a professional manner & was very respectful of my property & left no rubbish behind.

Didn’t like the fact the boiler was fitted by sub contractors, and they couldn’t get a joiner to refit the unit back when they where finished. Then the free first years service that didn’t materialise , I wonder how many customers James told that to get a sale .

We had a very positive experience when we used these guys to install a new boiler.From our first contact ,through the installation and afterwards the customer service was excellent.The job was completed within 1 day,the guys worked hard all day to complete the installation and ensured that we were advised about how to use the Hive controls.Post installation contact to ensure we were happy with the job were appreciated.So all in all a great service.Happy to recomend to others.

Overall excellent experience from quote to install. Good advice, punctual engineer and install work was tidy and to a high standard. Engineer Steve was very pleasant, patient, explained the job well and assisted with the Hive app on the phone.

Highly Recommend ISafe Gas .i had issues with my old boiler and was looking for a quote and some advice as to what was needed. James came out and had a look at what I had and recommended what would be the best option for me to go for . I felt he was very professional , upfront and honest and not out to just make as much money as he could. Looked at different options that would cause minimal disruption to my decking for me and provided a quote there and then . I felt no pressure at all from the consultation and he explained everything fully , so no hidden costs if when work started and came up against a problem , the price quoted would be what was paid . I was booked in and new boiler installed by the next week as this suited me with work commitments.
Gary who installed my new boiler had contacted me the day before to arrange time and he was prompt and extremely professional throughout the install . He worked non stop from the moment he arrived until job was completed, he was friendly and respectful. There was no mess and old boiler was taken away by Gary also . Gary took his time to explain the functions of the new boiler and help set up the Hive app and how to use this also .
The communication from the team at Isafe gas was quick and efficient, from processing payment to curtesy call and aftercare .

Great service again at our 1st annual service from the team at ISafe Gas. They also fitted our new Vaillant boiler last year and it’s been fantastic. It’s saved us money on our gas bills and the radiators are much hotter!!!

When our gas boiler started giving us problems we were advised that it was time it was replaced. After looking through Google we decided to go with isafe and couldn't be more happy with the service that we received. From the very first visit from the engineer that gave us the estimate through to the lads doing the job they couldn't have been more helpful and professional in what they were doing. They finished the job and took the time to show me the most economical way to use the system. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Very happy with Isafe. Came out quickly, helpful with choices and options. Installed quickly and well. Had a problem with pump on day 2 and they sent someone out at a suited time and fixed it. Would recommend.

100 % Recommend ISafe. My old boiler was starting to have lots of issues and after contacting a couple of plumbers who either didn't show up or didn't send quotes I contacted ISafe. James came out and after checking the boiler, gave me a quote straight away. No hidden charges, totally upfront and honest. The work was booked to suit me and the work was done very quickly. The technicians were extremely professional, friendly and respectful. The new boiler is great and was fitted with the absolute minimum of disruption. I can totally recommend this company. James came out to out home twice and explained everything before we got out new boiler from his company we were very happy from start to finish I would definitely recommend isafe for new boiler they done a superb job and cleaned up took old boiler away 👍👍

I called this company for assistance when my boiler stopped working. They were very polite on the phone but asked if I was thinking about a new boiler. I advised I had call to have my boiler repaired. The boiler person arrived at my home 4 hours later and spent about 20 minutes reviewing my boiler. I was in the other room. He then told me I needed a new boiler as there were three faults which would be costly. I said no and I would like a second opinion. He said that was my right and was visibly angry with my response. He hurriedly screwed the boiler cover back on the boiler and packed his tools away. I waited till he finished. I felt extremely uncomfortable in my home. He remained angry and no further word passes between us. I am a widow and I live on by myself. I was so glad when I closed the door behind him. My boiler was fixed the next day by a local company and didn’t have any of the issues highlighted by this person. I have registered a complaint but still to hear from the company. Be careful.

Thoroughly great service from iSafe Gas. Their online/technical support is excellent, and their engineers are superb. Very friendly team and a pleasure to deal with.
