I ordered my Samsung S23+ with the thought i will receive my phone in 3 days or so! Well so after 4 weeks of promises it arrived eventually!

Very happy with my purchase (Samsung Galaxy S23) - the box was sealed with no issues with the phone

The warranty + set up printed manuals in the box were in Chinese which was a surprise but I just translated them with Google Lens easily enough plus most of the setup comes up on the phone anyway where you choose the language.

Unfortunately the supplier didn't have the colour I originally ordered but iRobust Tech did email me the next day to explain the situation and gave me alternative's which I appreciated

They answered the phone and told me why the order was delayed.

Online purchase was fast and easy. There was a little delay with the delivery time, but Thebe was very helpful and informative all the time.
Also, the camera arrived perfectly packed and in optimum conditions.

Losing one star for not returning calls, best price by far the delivery time not what they claim but acceptable, Thebe answers the phone promptly and friendly.

Not too bad - impressive response and contactable telephonically, which is rare these days! Alas, we kept needing to follow up as the order was confirmed but no further communication were received on the dispatch etc. We got our order, but much later than anticipated with no updates along the way.

No nonsense online purchasing experience. They could have provided more progress feedback before the item is in hand of the courier. Competitive pricing!

Never heard of this company until I stumbled upon them searching for a Nikon P1000...
They had the best price and I took the risk, they made contact and the camera was on its way the next day.
The camera has been received since and am very happy with my purchase.

Even though it seems I got a defective product, the company had no problem to sort this out for me as soon as they opened in January. They are friendly, helpful and respond quickly to emails. Thebe has been a superstar when it comes to service delivery which is rare in our country. He seems to really care about the clients he works with and that puts a person at ease that the query is taken seriously and will be dealt with efficiently and professionally. Very happy so far, just waiting for my replacement

Wanted to purchase a camera online. Thought it best to drive to their offices in Randburg. Cant seem to locate their offices, also no one is answering their phone..

This company do not communicate, you pay the money and then hear nothing for almost 2 weeks! They do not have stock. Highly disappointed with the service and it made the transaction so much stressful 😫

I did a lot of research and wanted a Canon 90D camera. IRobustec had the best price by far. I had a few questions regarding delivery so I phoned them and the person was very friendly and helpful. I am giving five stars although I had to wait a week before delivery was made, understandably so as I did order it a week before Christmas and they had to wait for stock. I’m more than satisfied with my purchase, my camera arrived safely, bubble-wrapped and all (which was a concern to me so I was very happy with this) and I will definitely make use of them again. They can maybe update their Facebook page to keep us up to date on new arrivals🤭
