IRIS Clarity is a voice isolation desktop app that uses patented AI software to remove distracting background noises from your contact centre calls, online meetings, and other audio communications in real time and for all participants. The AI has been trained on thousands of hours of audio, meaning it will remove all the standard noises that interrupt your customer calls (e.g. other voices, ringing phones, coughing, traffic, washing machines, and keyboard tapping) as well as more unusual noises you may encounter. IRIS Clarity integrates with hundreds of VoIP platforms like RingCentral, 8x8, and Vonage as well as video conferencing apps such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. You can deploy IRIS Clarity via server and as an SDK or as an app on your Windows and Mac computers, arming individuals and enterprise across a wide range of use cases. Some of IRIS Clarity’s features include zero latency, low CPU requirements, and bi-directionality. This means only one participant needs the software for both participants of a call to enjoy its benefits, which is particularly important for contact centres aiming to improve customer experience.

As a home worker I find it invaluable
As a home worker I find it invaluable. When the dog barks at the door I can carry on with my meeting without that awkwardness!
I also find that it doesn't rinse my bandwidth and is very easy to use.

No longer need to apologise for noise
If I'm not in a busy office, I'm working from a coffee shop or a loud location. After so much frustration (and embarrassment!) at how noisy my environment was, IRIS Clarity has given me the peace of mind that I can hear and be heard.

In using IRIS Clarity for over three…
In using IRIS Clarity for over three months, I find that the voices and music coming out of my PC's speakers are more clear and crisp. With the auto-start with Windows option, I don't have to remember to start it up every day, or to log in. It starts automatically. This software really does make a difference in voice and sound output!

All I can say is WOW
All I can say is WOW, what a difference it makes :)
As a test, I played some music using my cellphone and placed it right under the microphone. IRIS Clarity blocked the music. My voice is the only thing that is heard during playback.
It cleans up the quality of my voice!
I'm definitely sold. IRIS is a keeper.
And if you ever run into trouble, support is very attentive.

A great tool for a hybrid business!
We migrated to hybrid working in the last couple of years, and got Clarity a few weeks ago. It has been one of the best additions to our tech stack. With a team of 25 people working from home, in the office and out on the road, our virtual meetings have been challenging to say the least.
Clarity has been simple to install and use. It's really effective, what's more enlightening is that we hadn't realised how inefficient and distracted our calls were before. The team and I have tried it against a range of day to day distractions, and Clarity deals with pretty much everything we throw at it. Although we will keep trying to find things to beat it!
We run both PC and Mac, and both versions operate well, I’d recommend Clarity to anyone running a hybrid business.
