They are scam and fraudulent. They converted a trial to subscription and illegally billed me 40 euros after having paid 50 cents for a stupid iq certificate. They are scammers and thieves.

Truffa legalizzata a tutti gli effetti. Ti fanno volutamente sottointendere di poter pagare unicamente il risultato del test a 0.50 cent e dopodiché sottoscrivono abbonamenti mensili da 40 euro cad.
Una vergogna da segnalare

Hola,alguien que haya caído en el mismo engaño que yo puede decirme con qué concepto le han hecho el cargo en la cuenta del banco por favor?
Porque me dicen que mi email no existe en su lista y no paran de darme largas,pero estoy segura de que son ellos los que me están cobrando 39,90€ todos los 28 de cada mes,espero que alguien me pueda dar ese dato,gracias

It popped up to me as "free IQ test"(it's not free they wanted to take my credit card infos and charge me 0.5 for 2 days then take 50 dollars through a automatical subscription)
when I finished it , it told me "congrats you scored higher than 90% of the population" when I refreshed the page , it said a different number (80%), everytime you refresh the page it says a different number so I assume it tells everyone that "you are smarter than most people" then steal your money.

Surtout ne faites aucun essai sur ce site ni pour les tests ni pour d'autres choses. Une grosse arnaque car ils disent que le test est gratuit. A la fin du test, ils affichent le prix de 50 centimes. Ils demandent votre carte bancaire pour paiement et en aucun cas votre accord est demandé pour qu'ils prélèvent mensuellement depuis votre carte. ils cachent intentionnellement cela dans les CGV. Pas de téléphone. Et les prélèvements mensuels sont depuis DUBLIN. Les résultats de tests bien évidemment sont bien douteux.

Grosse arnaque. Vous passez un peu moins de 20min à faire un test gratuit puis le résultat est payant. 50 centiments ce n'est rien mais quand vous acceptez les conditions générales de ventes, vous acceptez l abonnement à 39euros par mois avec 2 mois minimum d abonnement...

They scammed me completely. They stole 40 euros from my bankaccount every month.

WARNING! Scam! When you order a result of your IQ test for a very small amount, I paid €0.5, you automatically subscribe for a monthly payment of €40. The company will not inform you via email, you will eventually find out through your bank or by reading statement on their website, shady!

The 0.50€ is a 2 day trial to a 40€ subscription they only disclosed it at the bottom of the payment page also customer service is refusing a refund

I wonder why those 88% of people have given 1 star. These people are complaining that IQCenter is a scam. Many are saying that after taking the test, they made the 50cnt payment to "Discover their IQ" result. However, after 2 days, the company deliberately deducted the subscription fee from their credit card without warning.

To all these genius IQ minds, I want to say that before proceeding with payment, there is a mandatory box that has to be checked: "I acknowledge that I have read and accepted the *Terms of Use* and the Privacy Policy of iqcheckup.com."

The issue is that people are always in a hurry and don't bother to read any of the "Terms of Use," which clearly state under the pricing title, as follows:

"The services are offered with a recurring charge. We provide a 2-day trial period at a cost of 0.50€. After the trial period ends, the price for the Services is 39.90€ per month. If you do not cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew, and you will be billed accordingly."

So I suggest, next time, genuis people with "low IQ levels" should not blame a company, for their mistakes, if they can not read or don't bother to read the company terms and immediately start bashing the company.

Based on my experience, I am going to give the IQCenter a 5 STAR, because, despite people's fault, the company is kind enough to accept their refund requests.

Abonnement Cache .Apres avoir fait un test de QI j'ai payé un essai et le site m'a mis un abonnement caché a 39,90 €

I did the test paid the 50c and was aware of subscription I one did not get the results two was told I had no account on the website so now I’m going to be charged for a subscription on an account I DO NOT HAVE don’t bother with the test

The test itself was decent, after i was done they asked me to pay 50cnt, so i did, the results were that i had 106iq.... Could be very right.... I also read the reviews of the site before i paid, so i knew that i had to cancel the subscripion imidietly after i paid.

You can cancel the subscribtion on the site itself. When you login you have to go to "my account" and click "unsubscribe"....

So for short the website "iqcenter" is a shady scam...

This page is a fraud. Do not use it

I really should have checked the reviews, before doing the test. But I didn't.
So, I did the free test and paid 0.50€ to see my result.
Then I got charged two days later for a subscription that wasn't clearly indicated.

They just accepted my refund request, so I'll have my money back. It took three emails and some constructive criticism - and a bit of emapthy for the customer service person. Because it really isn't their fault how the website is built.

So, if you do fall into the trap, persist. It shouldn't take too long - after all they don't want to spend days and days dealing with rather annoyed users.

Son unos estafadores, recién me suscribí para ver mis resultados, pago 50 céntimos, me fuerzan a realizar el test de nuevo, me vuelven a decir que pague otros 50 céntimos, lo veo tan extraño y fuera de lugar que me niego, así que decido investigar bien si el supuesto certificado anterior me había llegado y no me había dado cuenta, pero no, no me enviaron nada. Como veo que no van a cumplir con lo prometido decido cancelar mi suscripción (estoy de prueba por dos dias, y me he suscrito hace una hora) para evitar que me cobren. Cada vez que pongo mi correo electrónico, el mismo que ellos me muestran como suscrito, aparece un mensaje que dice que ese correo no está en su base de datos. Es curioso que no les aparezca cuando quiero eliminarlo, pero sí para enviarme los mensajes y para permitirme cambiar mi contraseña. Les he enviado un mensaje y voy a poner una denuncia formal en la policía y otra en atención al cliente.

Y a écrit gratuit en grand mais il faut payer à la fin du test de 20min à éviter.

Arrivati sul sito si può avviare test del QI, vengono poi richiesti 0,50€ per ricevere il risultato e fin qui va tutto bene. Dopo 48 però scatta abbonamento mensile di 39,90 di cui ci si rende conto solo una volta ricevuto, quando si gira sul sito con più attenzione. Se invece si da la disdetta entro 48 ore si pagano solo i 0,50 iniziali.
