The renewed computer I received was great. Low (3) battery cycles and in great condition. All the accessories were included, and it even came in the original packaging. I had a need to contact iPowerresale and their customer service was absolutely stellar. They were responsive, ready to help and able to resolve my issue quick and to my satisfaction. I was concerned about getting a renewed computer from a company other than Apple but after this experience I recommend iPowerresale with confidence. All this good experience plus I was able to save hundreds of dollars compared to my other options, that also makes me happy!

Hard to find words for my appreciation for their sincerity to fix the problem of the wireless keyboard connective issue. After spending 4 hours communicating with Apple, and unable to resolve the problem, they agreed to take the computer back and fixed the problem. Be sure you have a cable enclosed with your computer to connect with a wireless keyboard. Even my wired keyboard would not connect and it was indeed frustrating. Power Resale was open to accepting my computer back and paid for the shipping charges. They then fixed the problem and was open to communicating with me in a timely manner. I appreciate their sincerity in resolving the issue. This is a great Mac and love that I have a computer that works great. Thank you iPower Resale.

Telephoned, stated my problem, brought in my laptop, went home, they called, and I picked up my laptop. Problem solved. Great service! I've been a customer for more than 10 years. (I don't remember the exact date of recent visit, about 2 weeks ago.)
