Decent process and terms. However they dragged out closing and surprised me with fees in excess of what was previously agreed to. We agreed to a 1% fee and they hit me with 2.5% + $595 without disclosing that first.

WHEN i REACHED OUT TO IOU FINANCIAL I SPOKE WITH MEYER AND EXPLAINED MY SITUATION WITH THE COMPANY THAT I TOOK OUT A LOAN WITH OVER TWO YEARS AGO ,. I ALSO TOOK OUT TWICW TO INCREASE MY LOAN ONLY TO FIND OUT THE INTEREST I WAS BEINIG CHARED WAS TO BE FORGIVEN ANY TIME I NEEDED A LOAN. THE OLD BALANCE WAS PAID OFF BUT LEARNED LATER, THE INTEREST THAT WAS TO BE MEMOVED ON THE OLD LOAN, IT WAS NOT , I REACHED OUT TO THEM ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. MEYER EXPLAINED THEIR POLICY AS WELL PUT IT IN WRITING THAT IF I NEEDED TO REUP FOR A NEW LOAN I WOULD NOT PAY THE INTEREST ON THE OTHER LOAN.
THE TRANSITION WAS HANDELED VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ONLY TOOK ONE DAY ALSO WAS ABLE TO LOAN ME THE AMOUNT I NEEDED . I WOULD RECOMEND ALL MY FRIENDS THAT OWN THEIR BUSINESS CALL I O U FINANCIL

This is a blind-sided decision not because I knew, but the name stands out. It's very understandable as a no nonsense institute for loans with indecent credit approval for clients. Accordingly, it seems likely that this last resort must come true. Also some of the names that gave rave reviews are very trusted pupil that I knew before.
