Best lab in US

Inaccurate test. Good employees who really offered assistance in selling service but I feel as if the testing was completely inaccurate or erroneous.
Good staff friendly and helpful. My samples all read no detectable potency which was completely wrong. I'm sure either I did something wrong or your company did not test accurately.

Great experience!
the process went very smoothly. I was called ahead of time when they thought there may be an issue. but it all worked out and I got my COA on time. I later had some concerns over what was and wasn't showing on my COA. the lab technician called me back within 12 hours and was able to explain everything to me so that I could understand the breakdown of the COA.
