I would be highly careful using this laboratory for Delta 8 products
I would be highly careful using this lab to service your Delta 8 or any CBD derivative needs. I get my products from vendors with nationally accredited labs that follow industry standards. While there is no blanket industry standard, the industry does police itself properly but these guys are buying standards that other labs do not use.
It is causing incorrect measurements. To prove them wrong, they want you to provide the proprietary information of the standards the other labs are using to verify their inaccuracies.
Not to mention, I was not happy when I initially found out my results. I spoke to my salesperson not even in the sternest voice. They cried on the phone then the "Chief Science Officer" decided to admonish me on a group conference call with my vendor, his lab techs, and his salesperson on the phone. If your salesperson cannot handle clients being surprised and disappointed by your lab results, and they don't know how to handle the conversation or provide any answers that make any sense, then they should not be in sales.
In my experience, it is evident that these guys have no clue what they are doing in relation to the thriving delta 8 industry and I would not use them for any verification of products. Use nationally recognized ones like ACS and KCA. They know the industry well although their lead times are longer because businesses in this industry trust them.
Don't fall for a lab that can just turn around results quickly. Ensure they share the same standards that the industry leaders do.

We are sorry you didn't have a good experience using our laboratory for testing your "d8-THC" products. We have created a corrective and preventative action plan for addressing the issues you have raised. Thank you for your feedback and please reach out if you would like to discuss in more detail.
We attempted to be open and transparent in the results of the tests we performed. We met and discussed in detail how we arrived at the conclusions for our test. We even put together a raw data packet for you to take with you to review at your leisure or in consultation with other scientists. We are more than happy to review these materials with you again.
We identified the presence of a number of unknown reaction side products in your samples. We discussed the possibility that these synthetic reaction side products could potentially be interfering with the quantitation of known natural cannabinoids. We discussed this in detail over video chat with you and your vendor. We offered to screen your sample against additional reference materials not included in our standard testing protocol to help identify potential interfering species at no additional cost to you, in the spirit of protecting the consumer from potentially harmful unknown impurities. We are sorry you took this as an attempt to infringe on your intellectual property. We do understand your frustration in being informed that there were many unidentified and unnatural impurities contained in your consumer product goods destined for human consumption. It was concerning to us that you were not as upset about the purity of your product as you were with our lab for pointing this out.
With regards to the standards used for quantitation, the analytical reference materials we used were sourced from Cerilliant Corporation and they were manufactured to the requirements outlined by ISO 17034 as is required for compliance and traceability purposes under our laboratory's ISO 17025 accreditation.
