The company requires extensive training and phone calls regarding the equipment prior to its clinical use; however, none of the training discusses nutrition and its role in the process. Now the company is radically changing its nutrition strategy and we are left confused and unsuccesful in helping our patients navigate this treatment and meeting their expectations.

We are in the set up phase adding this tremendous option for our patients and other clientele. We expect wonderful results and are excited to get started. So far, from onboarding to our current training status, we have been thoroughly pleased and satisfied with everything.

Worst customer service I have ever had! Spoke to the salesman a number of times before we purchased and they seemed very helpful and informative at the time. Was expecting to get some hands on training where the salesman visited our clinic when the machine arrived but nope, never heard from them again and would not respond to emails, voicemails or text. We had a few questions needless to say and we still do. For $55,000 you would think you could get them to pick up the phone but still to this day have never gotten a response.
Adding to one of the posts earlier regarding the quality of the machine the "paddles" or panels are made very cheaply. Looked online and the want $500 a piece for just the housings - not to fix anything just the housings which are designed to lock together but the tabs have broken off because they are so cheaply made.
Save yourself the aggravation and buy a red light bed instead of this thing besides the fact that the clinician has to put it on and remove the panels from the patient.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Has given great advice about nutrition and how the laser works.

Absolutely amazing machine. It has proven itself to us over and over again. As long as the individual is eating a healthy diet and walks 45 min a day, they experience fat loss. This thing really works.

Training wasn't very helpful, our office learned more once we started using the laser than from the online training itself. The laser is very effective for losing inches but our office had to change the food protocol some (instead of eating the recommended 4 oz of protein, 4 oz. of veggies and 4 oz. of fruit we had our patients start tracking calories off the recommended food list). The paddles were also made very cheap. We have had to send multiple ones in for repair, the clips on the sides break very easily and they are not covered under warranty. The first one was broken by a patient trying to adjust it less than 4 months of purchase.

This is a great program implemented in my office to help patients lose weight and return to a healthy lifestyle.
