The onboarding process is clear. It's extremely helpful to have a champion on the company-side of things to manage the workflow...we didn't do a good enough job of that, but IMS was always there to help keep us on track

I love working with IMS! They have made my life easier and have given me an instant increase in credibility. My Investors love the platform and are engaging with it and using it frequently. I also love that I can invite investors to invest from my iphone if I am on the road and store all the signed documents online. Finally, any time I need some help or advice, I just call Justin and the data team always has my back.

Great people; need better reporting
The IMS members I have worked with have all been fantastic and very knowledgeable and helpful. The reason for only 3 stars is the fact the investor reporting function is not up to par and my investors stress their frustrations frequently. The statements are run based on a date range, yet they haven't figured out a way to use that ending date on the date range to show accrued pref to that date along with unpaid pref and remaining capital balances. Once these metrics are easily available to send to investors in summary form, then I would increase my star rating

Overall
Overall, I am satisfied, but some times it would be nice if I was able to call the IMS help desk person if an issue is emailed back and forth several times. I feel like I cannot always get my questions across and the IMS help desk either doesn't understand my question or I can't understand their response.
