I am agreeing with the last 2 posts, our kitchen should be installed today. No contact, no one is answering the phone or emails.
We had our old kitchen removed last week and have nothing.
We are £40k out of pocket and don’t know what to do.

I also agree with the review by "customer" posted on 6 March - that Intoto may have gone bust or are in a dire financial position.
We employed Cheltenham Intoto to update our kitchen (previously installed by Intoto 10 years ago but different franchise holders). Two contracts, one to replace damaged end panels caused by a water leak and another to replace all our worktops with quartz ones, new dishwasher, hob, sink, tap.
Work started for one day to remove worktops, template new worktops, install dishwasher and electrics for new hob. That was almost three weeks ago and no work has been completed since. We are left without a fully functioning kitchen - no sink/tap, no hob, a few unsecured worktops, and exposed gas pipe and electric cable - H&S issue? and rubbish strewn on our drive and path.
No one is replying to texts, phone calls, emails - two employees who were dealing with my installation I have noted have left the company and are looking for work - the Retail and Franchise Director resigned from the company on 26 Feb 2021 according to the Companies House website. The Cheltenham studio manager is not replying to emails or answering her phone. They have been paid fully for the work, thousands of pounds. Hopefully I may be covered for a large part of this under the section 75 refund law.
It is despicable behavior by this company in not keeping it's customers informed as to what is going on. They should feel ashamed of themselves.

I went through Intoto Teddington to get a kitchen designed. That process was good and I ended up with a design I was really happy with. Everything got signed off, I paid my deposit at the end of January and was handed over to Intoto National Customer Service. A site survey appointment was booked but the surveyor never showed up and I haven’t been able to contact anyone either at Intoto Teddington or nationally since. I have called, left voice mails, sent emails and got nothing back in weeks. I think Intoto must have gone out of business, although I can’t find any relevant filings with Companies House. I am out of pocket thousands of pounds and can’t get any answers. If you are in process with any Intoto franchise, beware - do not part with any money unless you are sure they are fully trading because I don’t think they are anymore. I am taking my case up with Trading Standards to see what I can do.

The worst experience in the Leicester store. Firstly please be aware if you are delayed in your project there are hidden storage charges which they claim are in the terms and conditions, but these are not provide. Me and my husband left with over a£1000 bill. However when they were unable to come out and install the kitchen due to the pandemic and left us having to rent another property for months and would not compensate for us. They installed a faulty worktop which cost thousands and still is yet to be corrected. We can't get hold of anyone at the company to even discuss getting our appliances registered.

Take your money else where. Worst customer service and care experienced.

Emily and the rest of the team were fantastic from start to finish. Emily created a number of design layouts for us to choose from and we are delighted with the end result. The support throughout took away the stress and they were helpful throughout the fitting of the kitchen.

We are very happy with our kitchen, the team at intoto Woking were great throughout the process from design to fitting. We would highly recommend

We decided to extend our property and really wanted an integrated kitchen, dining and living space. Our builder recommended the InToto team. After explaining what we wanted, the team guided us through the process of choosing colours, appliances, the design and layout. It was a very smooth process, seeing the images as well as the technical design really brought it to life. We are very pleased with the finished result and now spend all our time in this space.

In-toto Woking were recommended by our next neighbours who spoke very highly of the team and were delighted with their kitchen.

We gave Hassan and Emily a blank sheet of paper and they came back with 3 different designs which were then presented to us and we discussed in one in some detail. We decided on the most radical design vs our current layout. We then had further very lengthy sessions with Hassan going through all of the detail. Nothing was left to chance.

Once we had chosen all the appliances and had the specification detailed, we found we were significantly over budget. We were very worried, but Hassan was completely unphased and he and Emily helped us to find cheaper appliances and tweak the design until it was in budget.

The whole fitting process with electricians, the plumber and decorator was closely managed by Hassan. The fitter Gavin was superb - as problems were uncovered when the kitchen was stripped back, he always had solutions and worked quickly and extremely efficiently. The quality of his workmanship more than matched the outstanding quality of the German units.

We are very happy and are thorough enjoying our In-toto kitchen!

The worst experience ever dealing with in-toto Greenwich. The owner Jas is the rudest person you could ever meet. Since we started dealing with the Greenwich store we have dealt with around 7 different people over the past eight months. Clearly, Jas struggles to hold onto staff. He really doesn’t care very much once you’ve paid and is a professional at not returning calls. To be fare he did pay for something in the kitchen, as way of an apology but I think that was more of a to shut us up than anything else. On the plus side, the kitchen is really nice.
Think very carefully before going into this kitchen shop.

We live in Blackheath, London and have recently had a kitchen fitted that was designed and supplied by Jake Clifford at In-toto Kitchens Woking.

From start to finish the process has been seamless and we're delighted with the finished product.

The new kitchen is part of an extension and renovation project we have been undertaking and because of Jake's in-depth knowledge of not only kitchen design but day to day functionality, he really helped us to make some building and designs decisions which we honestly feel we would have missed without him.

The kitchen itself, which a blue shaker style with stone worktops is such good quality and priced so reasonably.

I would recommend Jake and In-toto to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

We started the process of designing our kitchen with very little knowledge of what we wanted. To add fuel to the fire, our house was being redeveloped at the same time, so we were working with unknown limitations.
We looked at many showrooms and spoke to many people, but In-toto blew us away.
Jake took us under his wing as soon as we stepped through the door. Jake had a vision for us and worked to make us happy in every way, no detail was too small for him to have a creative input and he provided enough suggestions, but (importantly) not too many.
Their ability to conjure up the kitchen we didn’t know we wanted, which also looked to best utilise the space adjacent to the area, was fabulous.
The install was superb as Gavin was working in and amongst a building site. Any small issue we had (and the only one that comes to mind was due to my pedantic nature) was accepted without question and put right with relative ease.
But best of all? They made decisions for us when we felt we didn’t know where to go. I use the example of the work surface we chose as a testament to their input and involvement. When Jake heard we had changed our minds against his better judgement (it was a little wind up with his colleague, Hasan) he called me repeatedly until I couldn’t bear antagonising him any longer. His relief when we told him we had chosen the surface he suggested was palpable. Our relief that we trusted his design sense is even more tangible and more enduring.
Further, the team have continued to take an interest in how we are using the space, we continue to get design tips, and a few ideas have been swapped as they saw how our build concluded.
Great job, guys. I would not hesitate to use you again.

In-toto were fantastic to work with from the outset. Emily really listened to what we wanted and produced excellent designs in a very quick timeframe to fit in with our builder and holiday plans. We were very impressed with the difference aspects of the designs.The project was started before lockdown, however despite this the team at In-toto remained positive and professional to assure us that our kitchen would arrive from Germany on time. They went out of their way to get appliances delivered, whilst offering alternative solutions should there have been problems due to the lockdown. In-toto ensured the safety of their workers and the other trades onsite by organising for one fitter to be onsite at anyone time, given all of the challenges thrown up by lockdown, they still managed to finish the project. In addition, their after care service has also been second to none. We would definitely recommend the team at In-toto Woking, they have created a superb kitchen/dining room for us.

I highly recommend Jake and the team from Intoto, Woking. Professional, creative and personal, they stood out for me compared to all the other kitchen shops I visited - including high steet and also high end shops. Quality of the kitchen is excellent. We are very happy.

Everything about appointing In-toto Woking to create our new kitchen was magnificent. Professional and caring, exact and precise, In-toto both listened and advised - so that our kitchen was planned to work for us and for our home. Communication was great throughout the process and every member of the team - Jake in design - Hasan overseeing works - and the wonderful fitters and tradesmen used by In-toto - pulled together and worked seamlessly from start to finish. An added bonus was getting to attend an in-store demo of electrical goods and learn all about my new ovens from an expert domestic scientist. Our new kitchen is a joy - and includes many features I would never have considered without Jake's input - such as gorgeous reflective glass splash-backs and natty door handles. We love our new kitchen to bits and whole-heartedly recommend the Woking team of experts for their flair, their true attention to service and their ability to deliver what they promise. I cannot recommend Jake at In-toto Kitchens Woking enough! I was getting differing quotes and advice from various other suppliers but Jake took the time to talk through everything with me and offered me options. The attention to detail was impeccable and Jake went above and beyond to ensure the design was perfect and just what I needed. He was personable and approachable (regardless of how daft I thought my questions were!) and really patient with me. It could have been a really stressful experience but Jake managed everything and took all the stress away.

Incredibly poor experience with Intoto and would strongly encourage people to stay well clear.

The franchise we dealt with completely missed fundamental basics with our electrics in the kitchen. They employed a kitchen fitter (who is not a qualified electrician) who can’t have had any clue or cared what the current electric standards are. The issues only came to light because we spotted them ourselves. God knows how many kitchens are out there that were finished to an unsuitable standard because people trust Intoto to be experts, when they are anything but.

The job was rushed throughout and left us without unsafe electrics in our kitchen for three weeks. When we challenged them about this, the fitter blamed everyone but themselves. The whole process should have taken a week but ended up spanning two months. It only got finished because WE had to contact them REPEATEDLY to get them to do anything – eventually they relented and made good.

Three qualified electricians visited our property throughout this saga and all agreed with our position.

All of this is without mentioning a failing on even more basics of the kitchen fitting like light switches on the far side of the room(!) and failing to understand why dishwashers and washing machines need inlet/outlet connections that terminate close to the install points... Again the fitter thought this was acceptable and had no intention of rectifying anything until we complained.

Also a care point: Intoto’s head office has absolutely no concern about the conduct of the franchises. It would be an entirely false assumption that they will step in and sort matters out. In our conversations with them they made false promises before eventually ignoring us entirely. We provided a detailed account of the problems, including photos and it went unanswered. We have waited a few weeks before posting this to see if they would eventually come back to us but never did.

In no uncertain terms: avoid at all costs.

Intoto Woking team (Hassan, Jake aided by Emily) made our experience of getting a completely new kitchen/ utility room truly stress less!
From our initial approach for design ideas, planning to installation they were completely with us throughout - patiently supportive , forthcoming with design ideas, offering alternatives and practical suggestions and responsive in communicating. The Intoto team of Gavin and Chris were very professional and finished the installation to a high standard. Hassan oversaw the installation and coordinated extremely well with our builders (Lead Karl Hall of Greenhall Construction). Hassan quickly sorted out any issues once the refurbishment started and completed within the planned schedule. Thank you to all.
As an aside, my family enjoyed the interactions with everyone at Intoto Woking!
We have no hesitation in recommending Intoto at Woking.

Avoid these crooks like a plague! Ordered a kitchen over 8 months ago and paid in full. They still haven't completed the job, 1st the Franchise manager does a runner and avoids all your calls and msgs then Director of the company starts avoiding you!! total shambles of a company who don't care about customer sentiments and will give you and your family nothing but Pain and Anguish. Obviously they have NO shame with how they have messed us around, but honestly go elsewhere for your kitchen because all ur going to get from these guys are LIEs LIES and more LIES and then eventually they will show ur back to you!

Great Service & Attention to Detail. in-toto delivered the promise of a sleek new kitchen, on time and within a reasonable budget. I would thoroughly recommend if you are looking for a team who really care about customer service pre and post sales.
