THIS SCHOOL RUINED MY CAREER!!!

This school took a huge amount of money from me, and after all that, when I graduated, I found out that my high school diploma was not accepted by the universities. All that money and time wasted for nothing! When I contacted the school for help, they completely ignored me and never responded to my emails. They only care about you when you are applying and paying them. After that, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL!

And honestly, I don't even understand where this school is actually operating from. They claim to be in Singapore and the US, but from what I have heard, they are actually operating from India. How can a school take so much money from students and then disappear when they need help?

They have caused me so much trouble with my university applications, and instead of helping me, they simply ignored me.

Zero stars for this Indian scammer school there is all people is scammers no official any place for office no one reply any complaints after payments they need only money scammers please i request all parents stay away from this Indian scammer school they waisted time for your children this school give money for certificate in Singapore and they teacher in India and curriculum is USA but USA not acceptable in USA and everywhere I have very bad experience they take from us 20,000:00 US dollars for fees and attestation and documents is fake I’m trying to complain police i hope i will do i know where is school’s head working other company this school certificate no one accepts all universities rejected it’s very bad experience so please all parents don’t believe this school.

So many so-called admins, very unprofessional

A serious administrative and communication problem

I have been a student at International Schooling for the past two academic years, completing Grades 10 and 11. I am leaving this review because I have repeatedly attempted to resolve several issues directly with the school and have received little to no meaningful follow-up.

To be clear, I received my academic transcript after completing Grade 11 examinations on June 29, 2026. My complaint is specifically about my extracurricular documentation, administrative communication, enrollment communication, and the handling of a scholarship opportunity.

My extracurricular involvement was not limited to simply joining one club. I was involved with:

* Lex Orbis
* Nexus Global Exchange
* Law Club
* Gaming Club
* Aurelian STEM Club
* Student Council, where I held a Vice President position

During Grade 11 alone, I conducted and participated in more than 30 club activities and events.

I also participated directly in the school's NEASC accreditation process and was one of the students who presented information about the school's clubs during that process.

Because of this, I have repeatedly requested official documentation of my extracurricular achievements, leadership positions, and activities. These documents are important for my CV, university applications, scholarships, and future opportunities.

I first requested this documentation after completing my examinations on June 29. I was told that the requested documents would be provided before August 15. That deadline passed, and as of September 14, I still have not received the requested documentation or a satisfactory explanation.

What makes the situation worse is the communication. I have followed up repeatedly, yet my messages have been left on seen or unanswered. I have also repeatedly requested a meeting regarding my enrollment and what I am supposed to do next. Again, I have not received a meaningful response.

The scholarship situation is another concern. International Schooling advertised a scholarship program, and I applied. I received an initial response, but there was no proper follow-up afterward. Advertising opportunities to students and then failing to communicate with applicants is extremely frustrating.

I am also concerned about the broader pattern. I have experienced repeated changes in teachers and administration and a general lack of consistency in communication and student support. I also know other students who have experienced similar administrative problems.

I am not writing this review casually, and I am not making these claims without evidence.

I have screenshots of communications, records of my requests, evidence of my extracurricular involvement, information relating to my leadership positions, and other documentation supporting what I have described. I will attach and reference relevant evidence to establish a clear timeline of what happened from my perspective.

I believe these concerns warrant more than another unanswered message. If the school does not address them properly, I intend to submit the evidence to the relevant accreditation organizations and request a formal review of the issues.

I genuinely wanted to have a positive experience with the school. I put considerable time and effort into its extracurricular community and even contributed during the accreditation process. That makes the current lack of communication and administrative follow-through particularly disappointing.

This review is based on my personal experience, and I am providing evidence because I want the situation to be taken seriously and assessed based on facts.

My experience working here has been deeply disappointing due to significant administrative and compensation issues. Management exerted pressure on me to accept responsibility for actions I did not commit, and when I refused, my earned pay was withheld. As of today, my August salary remains unpaid despite fulfilled duties. I strongly advise prospective educators to exercise extreme caution regarding contract enforcement and wage disputes. The company is not situated in Singapore nor America but in India.

**⭐ 1 Star – Excellent Sales Pitch, But No Answers When It Really Matters**

I would give International Schooling **zero stars if that were an option**.

Our experience started very differently. When you first enquire, they are extremely responsive and persuasive. We were offered a **free demo, supposedly worth $100**, with the fee waived to attract us. The presentation was excellent, and they spoke confidently about their international presence, students worldwide and opportunities after graduation.

But everything changed when I started asking **serious questions about my son's Grade 12 qualification and university admission**.

I asked whether the qualification would be accepted by specific universities and whether completing Grade 12 through International Schooling would make my son eligible for university admission. I was told they would **check with the universities and get back to me** so I could have confidence before enrolling.

It has now been **more than 15 days**.

We have repeatedly called, messaged and followed up. A gentleman named **Alvin**, communicating through their Singapore WhatsApp contact, initially spoke with us and said he would obtain the information and get back to us. **He never did.** Every time we contact them, we are told that someone will get back to us — but nobody does.

This is extremely concerning. We are talking about **our child's Grade 12 education and his future university eligibility**. These are not questions a parent can ignore or simply take on trust.

Their website makes very impressive claims about their international presence and thousands of students, particularly in the UAE. But when a prospective parent asks a basic question about **qualification recognition and university acceptance**, there is suddenly no responsible person available to provide a clear answer.

At this point, their failure to respond has made me seriously concerned that perhaps the universities I asked about **have not confirmed acceptance of this qualification**. I am NOT claiming that is what the universities told them — because International Schooling has never actually given me the promised answer. **That is exactly the problem.**

If the qualification is accepted, why is it so difficult to provide written confirmation? If it isn't accepted by a particular university, parents deserve to know **before paying and enrolling their child**.

**My strong advice to parents: DO NOT rely only on their sales presentation or website claims. Get independent written confirmation directly from the universities you are targeting that they will accept the exact qualification/diploma being offered.**

An impressive website and international branding mean very little if you cannot get a straight answer about whether your child's qualification will actually be useful for university admission.

Amazing teachers and staff aswell as admin's..If I was ever confussed about something,the admin would immediately reply which saved me lots of time... And as I work full time the online part helped alot as I didnt have to worry about my child's safety or if they would come home safely as there doing the classes from the comfort of their home..

I would like to share my sincere appreciation for International Schooling Online, Singapore.
My son studied with International Schooling Online for four years, from 3rd grade through 6th grade, and our experience throughout those years was outstanding. I originally enrolled him during the COVID period while my family was living outside the United States. I wanted him to continue receiving a high-quality American education, and choosing International Schooling Online was one of the best decisions I made during that time.
The school provides an excellent American curriculum that is well organized, academically strong, and recognized by U.S. educational standards. The curriculum is comprehensive, covering English, Mathematics, Science, U.S. History, Computer Science, Art, and many other subjects. It gave my son a solid educational foundation while we were living abroad.
I would especially like to thank Ms. Susan Cruz, my son's English teacher. She is an exceptional teacher who truly understands her students and cares about their success. She first taught my son in elementary school, and because she understood my son so well and knew how to support his learning, I requested that she continue teaching him even when he reached 6th grade. Although she normally teaches elementary students, the school listened to my request and allowed her to continue working with him. That flexibility and understanding meant a great deal to my family.
I would also like to recognize the Admissions Team and the entire support staff. Every time I had a question about enrollment, testing, homework, scheduling, or technical issues, they responded quickly and professionally. Their communication was always prompt, helpful, and respectful. It gave me confidence that my son was in good hands.
We did not leave International Schooling Online because we were unhappy with the school. On the contrary, we truly loved the school, the teachers, and the entire learning experience. The only reason I transferred my son was because my family moved back to the United States, and since we now live in New York, I enrolled him in a local U.S. school.
If, in the future, my family ever lives abroad again, I would not hesitate for a moment to enroll my son at International Schooling Online, Singapore again. It would be my first choice without any doubt.
I highly recommend this school to families looking for a high-quality American curriculum while living outside the United States, as well as families living in any country around the world. Their dedicated teachers, supportive staff, flexibility, excellent communication, and overall experience have been excellent. My son and I are truly grateful for everything the school has done for him over the past four years.

We have had an excellent experience with International Schooling. Our daughter has been studying with them for several years, and the flexibility of the program has been invaluable for our family.

The curriculum is well organized, the platform is easy to use, and whenever we needed support, the staff was always helpful and responsive. We also appreciate that our daughter can study at her own pace while still following an accredited academic program.

I enrolled my son in the second semester of the school year of 9th Grade, at the beginning was a little difficult for him to understand how everything works but when we ask for help the teachers answer we’re fast. He has been doing great with the system and it is enjoying been part of the school.

The school is great, the admins always find a way to help no matter what, and almost all the teachers are helpful and kind. I’ve been at this school for almost 3 years now and I always enjoy and have fun while learning too.

It is a wonderful school,i could see the kids improvement and more confidence on foreign conversation. Thanks alot for all teachers efforts and i believe this school will be one top of schools sooner or later

My experience at International Schooling has been very positive. The teachers are supportive and always encourage students to do their best. The classes are well organized, and I have improved my English and other subjects a lot. I also like that the school offers different activities, which make learning more enjoyable. Overall, I think International Schooling provides a friendly environment where students can grow both academically and personally.

This school is definitely one of the best schools I've been to. The teachers are extremely kind and supportive when you need them. Great 1 on 1 learning experience

My experience with International Schooling has been truly excellent. As a parent of a high-level athlete, I needed a flexible educational solution that could adapt to my child’s demanding schedule, and it turned out to be the perfect fit.
