A 2-4 week lead time ended up being 12 weeks for full delivery. I was not kept in the loop unless I contacted them for an update and no refund was offered. Not great

Really disappointed. The bed crib was probably the nicest I could find online in terms of design and quality. However the delivery was late, and we were missing items. I’m drilling chasing them for an ETA of the missing items sadly.

I ordered a changing table for my daughter in November before she was born, she is now 7 weeks old and it hasn't arrived yet. It was meant to arrive early December.

When you call up to ask you get through to a reception who can't help but says they will call you back and they never do. When I emailed to enquire I received a very rude response and a link to a tracking site. Whenever I check the site the date of delivery has moved further out.

They have offered me a refund but I'd still be very careful ordering from here as your goods might never turn up and you can't get through to them on the phone. Even if I now get a refund there will be a wait on ordering a table from elsewhere so I'm very much left without what I need.

The wardrobe arrived before the estimate day. Very good quality wardrobe and very easy to assemble.

Furniture received around the expected delivery date, in excellent condition and well packaged. Friendly delivery team brought the packages inside.

I placed an order for a cot bed back in early November 2020. Over 2 months later I am still waiting for the item to be delivered. Emailing customer service is pointless because the email comes back as undelivered. Also getting hold of someone in sales to speak about my order has been impossible. I am told someone will call me back but no one calls or I have been on hold and the call automatically cuts off after a period of time. Whilst I understand there may be a delay in production due to the pandemic each time an estimated dispatch is given, the date is pushed back further. Overall communication is poor and I would not recommend using this company, it is not worth the stress.

Ordered the Pinette cot bed and drawers, really lovely flat packed furniture, easy to put together and looks very solid and stylish once made. Interie were great keeping me up-to-date with the order progress and the estimated delivery was spot on (arrived just over a month from ordering). I would definitely use Interie again + they were a bit cheaper than some of the other websites that sell the same items.

I placed an order in Sept 2020, and got an email saying this would be delivered in Oct 2020. I rang customer service 2 weeks later having still not received my order, to be told the wardrobe door was damaged and would be replaced and sent out ASAP. I emailed at the start of Dec to chase this up and got no reply. I rang in the middle of Dec and got told I would get a call back. It's now the end of Dec and I'm still waiting for a response, and the wardrobe. On the website the wardrobe states it is in stock and will be delivered within 7 days, so there really is no excuse except terrible customer service

The bed is just what we were looking for for our son’s room - a house bed with support all the way round. Delivery was really prompt and they updated us along the way. My partner put the bed up single handed with no issues. It looks amazing and is very sturdy. Would definitely recommend the product and the company.

Really pleased with the quality of the product. The shipping/tracking customer experience could be improved but was sufficient.

I would not recumbent to purchase the item as it states that the cot is partly made of MDF wood and part oak... there is no oak in the cot at all. The instructions are not clear and the parts that fit together are not labelled so you have to figure it out your self. Parts that fit together are scattered between 3 of the boxes so again you have to try and find parts that fit together. The screws were not sorted into bags and again you had to play a jigsaw puzzle with them too. There is significant discolouration of parts that fit together which is very visable. I would personally not purchase this cott again as in my opinion it is overpriced for the lack of instructions, discolouration of parts that fit together and over all it took 7 hours to build purely because the instructions were rubbish and the parts that were meant to fit together were not labelled as well as false description of the cot being made of Oak and MDF wood where in actual fact the cot contained no pieces of Oak wood what so ever.

Overall I had a great experience with this company, great with keeping me updated with the delivery estimation and if there were any hold ups.
I have two downsides, I was told specifically the day before delivery that I would be put down as a 7.30am delivery as I was going to be out from 8am and the delivery slot was 7.30-9.30am at 7.55 nothing had arrived so I called and when put through to the driver was told I was last and getting the delivery at 9.30 so I had to arrange it to be left with a neighbour of which I told them the address yet they still called to tell me they were outside my address.. this communication definitely needs addressing.
My second may not be a concern to everyone but the amount of unnecessary plastic that was used shocked me a lot in a time we are supposed to be cutting back.

Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend

I had never heard of Interie before but it was the first company who had a more unique wardrobe style that I was after so I decided to give them a go.
I needed delivery for a specific week, and James was fantastic, his customer service skills stopped me from having a minor breakdown (crazy Mum trying to make everything perfect for daughters birthday bedroom surprise!)

Would definitely recommend and use again, the wardrobe is solid and great quality.
