I thought Zakaria did a great job, especially with managing and teaching a class which is not his native language. I learn visually, so using the drawings that are created and explained in real time is very helpful and helps retain my attention, instead of just looking at slides. I do agree with comments of others, that continually hearing real world examples from the instructor's, or even participants, experiences with actual companies, actual problems, actual projects are extremely beneficial. I do not currently work with scrum and took this class to both help with my current role and to expand possible job paths in my professional career. Overall, great job and I'm glad I was able to learn scrum from you! As a beginner it was well paced and not confusing at all.

I found Zakaria to be an excellent trainer/teacher. He speaks slowly, clearly, and helps us understand concepts visually. He provides real-life examples, which help us in understanding concepts better. Once we complete the designed exercises, he takes time to explain and re-enforce the purpose of the exercise completed, tying it to the topic/theory and examples discussed earlier.

Truly an amazing learning experience. Unique methodology of teaching, interactive and enjoyable. Zakaria walked us through each step of the process of each point we learned, before breaking us into small teams to work on exercises.

The class was broken into 3 half-day sessions, but when 1pm came around it felt like we had just started. No boring lectures, all interactive and engaging learning.

I am very pleased with how effective this class has been. The trainers are very thorough and easy to follow. The exercises they set up were fun and effective. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn about being a scrum master.

Zakaria Gaizi has been quite helpful in helping the class (and myself) understand key concepts when it comes to the Agile Framework.

I really enjoyed his use of the overhead cam to show us his drawings and explanations of various events, roles and artifacts. Also, his use of real world examples was helpful to bring the concepts home.

Zakaria is very clear with his messages, and it's clear that he is a professional!

He is very knowledgeable and was able to get the points of Scrum across very well. There were 2 occasions where I thought there was a contradiction, but it was just a misunderstanding on my part.

Zakaria is a great instructor with in-depth understanding of the Scrum Process

In general training was good and educational. Real life examples were provided. Would be great if an agenda were provided so we could logically see what we would learning. Furthermore, perhaps prepared graphics would be better than hand drawn images, as referring back to those images may be confusing.

I impressed by his courage and knowledge and experience. I have also liked the way he explained questions patiently. I also liked using handwriting notes which made me more comfortable to follow and learn.

The trainer was well prepared and organized. A lot of examples make me understand Agile more easily.

Zacaria's training was excellent. He has a great command of the many subjects covered in the training and despite English being his third language was very effective in answering class questions. His co-trainer's additions were helpful but not completely necessary in understanding the concepts since his answers were comprehensive. I'd be happy to learn from Zacaria again.

He explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable. I liked his drawings and it helped me understand SCRUM concepts and principals a lot better.

- les execices d'application en équipe m'ont permis de m'habituer à l'état d'esprit Agile et à la façon de faire Scrum,
- les exemples de cas réels donnent une idée claire sur le déploiement de Scrum

J'ai passé une bonne expérience. J'ai vraiment bénéficier de cette formation avec M. ZAKARIA GAIZI. J'ai aussi apprécier sa façon d'expliquer et les activités pédagogiques.

La formation avec Zakaria était riche et très constructive. Tout au long de la formation Zakaria était à l'écoute et répondait à mes questions et à celles des autres participants, en nous donnant plus d'explications et aussi en nous faisant travailler en équipe lors des exercices afin de bien assimiler les notions de Scrum. I really liked the training, it was as simple as possible, the information communicated was explained with clear and simple methods,
at first i had no idea what scrum or even agile means, but now i really understand this mindset
