For the third year in a row we chose Interactio to solve simultaneous translation question at our yearly forum. We are more than happy with the quality of the service we have received, we will choose to work with them in the future and recommend to do so for others- it makes the translation issue much easier.

Interactio service works great, with minimum latency, and straight forward interface.
The team is also very proactive and supportive. They are ready to jump on a call at any time and answer any question, both technical as well as advice about how to make the translation expirience better, for translators and the listeners.

Interactio in a TEDx event in Japan
I lead the translation team of TEDxTohokuUniversity, and I used Interactio to provide simulataneous interpretations in the TEDx event. The service worked very well on the day of the event and I received many positive comments from the audiences on the day. Many have told us that they were able to hear the interpretation of the speakers' speeches easily using their mobile phones. I believe that this service was essential as a TEDx organization based in Japan, where both English speaking and Japanese speaking speakers and audiences join our events.

Excellent Technology, Excellent Interpreters! My company just wrapped up a program in Buenos Aires for participants from the US, Brazil, Chile and Argentina. The program was provided in English and needed to be interpreted in Spanish and Portuguese. The technology was very easy for the participants to access either via app download or website. I received many compliments from the participants, which means the most! From the planner's perspective, I found it very easy to test each of the channels and also monitor the interpreter comments throughout the program. The A/V group as well as my assistant were able to chat with the interpreters and Interactio directly throughout the program. I was so grateful for this. If you follow their technology instructions, it will run so smoothly! I will definitely be using them again for another program I am holding in Amsterdam.

I was attending IMEX America in 2018 and found Interactio was a game changer. Using the app, I was able to listen to all the learning sessions that I wanted to, without the need to be physically there. I was able to walk around and enjoy the exhibitions while listening to the learning sessions on my smartphone. The sound quality was actually great too!

We tried Interactio for the simultaneous translation of a TEDx event in Italy. Out of 1000 attendees, around 300 listened to the translation. Apart from someone having problem downloading the app (probably due to not up-to-date OS on their phones) everything went smoothly. Recommended

I had a chance to try interactio for myself during an HR event in Lithuania (HR Week Lietuva) and I was really surprised by how smooth everything went! You know how it usually happens when you need interpretation in a conference... you have to stand in lines, get those huge headsets, then return them back, stand in lines again, well, it`s annoying to say the least. And this awesome app freed me from all of that. I just simply installed it on my phone and listened to live interpretation on my personal (nice and clean) earbuds. And it was so easy to use which is great for a person like me because I`m not too much into tech and all. Anyway, I really recommend trying Interactio!! Sound quality was awesome from any part of the venue I listened to the speeches. The design and colors of the app look great, too.
