In the world of Fertility where we are not all equal, where it is very hard to find trustworthy information and feel fully supportive in a very sensitive time - the taster session with Liberty made such a difference. Highly recommend Liberty and her book. After being told at 44 by ivf consultants I have less than a 3 per cent chance of getting pregnant, that I have left it too late. I would need to get an egg donor with my partner to have a baby. I had ivf in the past 3 times and failed. I brought the book in last hope and recently found out I am naturally six weeks pregnant.

Most comprehensive taster session!!!

I had a lovely 30-minute chat with Liberty where we covered so much! I couldn't even believe how many different areas we discussed. Following the call, she sent me a very detailed document with recommendations. It was very helpful that she included links to articles that explain scientifically why these recommendations would be helpful for me. She also went ahead and discussed a very specific question I had with a couple of her expert contacts to provide me with a more detailed response. She was very thoughtful and showed a lot of care. I will definitely recommend this taster session to everyone, you will learn a lot - and I cannot wait to work on her recommendations over the next couple of months to see how I get on. Thank you!

Liberty is just amazing. From a chance meeting at an airport she has been with me through every step of my 3 year fertility journey. Her advice is endless; she supported my nutrition, she found me the right ivf clinic, introduced me to many other advisors that have helped me on my journey and also acted as a therapist!

I completed a taster write up session which included completing a detailed questionnaire for both me and my husband in preparation for the online consultation. Liberty spent an extensive amount of time and effort in preparation for our consultation. Liberty explored our lifestyle and addressed our concerns and expectations. The consultation lasted a good 40 mins followed by detailed action plan in terms of meal plans and lifestyle advice. Liberty provided us with plenty of further resources such as books, articles and websites to guide us through what we need to do. I would 100% recommend the taster session with Liberty. Liberty was a light in the darkest times. She helped guide me out of miscarriage grief. And helped me believe in myself and trust my body again. Thanks to her help my husband and I reset our home and prioritized our health and fertility. Less than 6 months later we received the best news of a healthy pregnancy. I am in my third trimester and have had a healthy happy pregnancy. I believe it’s all the guidance love and work put in. Forever thankful we were able to connect with Liberty and all her help.

We worked with Liberty through one of our IVF rounds and it was interesting to hear her insight into certain things. I changed a lot of my diet and it had a positive impact on me not just from an IVF perspective but from a health perspective too, I never slept all night until I met Liberty.
She also introduced me into all the black hole of chemicals in products that can be bad for you and I overhauled my whole house cleaning products, cleaners and make up to better products.
Further down the line I'm still using some of the methods Liberty gave me and we welcomed our beautiful little boy into the world in Oct 24, partly due to all the help she gave us.

My taster session with Liberty for fertility support was excellent! She feels like a coach who is deeply passionate about her work and really cares. On the call, I felt she understood me and my needs, and was generous with her time and expertise. The follow up review write up was really useful and full of contacts, information, advice and ideas to take away. I felt it was a real step forward on my journey. I would recommend Liberty wholeheartedly and I hope to work with her again.

A friend of mine sent me a link to Liberty’s appearance on the Elle Sera podcast and I was blown away to learn that she was a woman over 40 having a child naturally.

I contacted Liberty when I was struggling with my weight and hormones health and together we soon realised that there was lots that could be done in regards to my diet and nutrition to help. Liberty is a life changer. I can't thank her enough, she has helped me to make lifestyle changes and how I approach food. These changes are now enhancing my day to day living.
