The advisor Mr. Biddle took the time to clearly explain the policy, including the benefits, exclusions, and any reductions or limitations in cover, which I really appreciated.
What made the experience great was the patience, honesty, and professionalism shown throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured, and all my questions were answered clearly and thoroughly.
The company did especially well in making what can often feel like a complicated process simple and understandable.

Massive thank you to Erin and Neil who both were attentive and dealt with my prior insurer to cancel the renewal too. 10/10 service all around and I will be looking forward to their contact next year to go through the terms of my renewal then.
