Look after long term customers!!!
Been with them continuously since 2009. Each renewal takes the proverbial. Cancelled this year. Got offer at less than half price about a week after renewal date. Took the offer, but don’t understand why they can’t look after existing customers. 17 years with zero claims!! Counts for nothing in their eyes

To clarify, like many companies, we offer an introductory discount for new customers, which you likely benefited from when you first joined us. However, this discount is only available for the first year, and once your policy renews, it will revert to the standard pricing. Our underwriters provide this discount exclusively for new members, which is why the price changes at renewal.
Once again, I apologize for any frustration you’ve experienced. We always aim to assist our customers to the best of our ability, and I’ll be sure to share your feedback with the relevant team. I can see you have since taken an Insure4sport policy out, covering Golf as the insured sport since cancelling your policy. Thank you for insuring with us again!

After searching on google for…
After searching on google for insurance, i came across Insure4Sport. After i got an online quote there were some things I needed to clarify so I phoned Insure4Sport. I spoke to a guy called Pete and put all my questions to him. Pete was such a lovely friendly guy, extremely professional who answered all my questions I put to him. What a breath of fresh air it was speaking to such a helpful guy who took the time to explain everything thoroughly. After putting the phone down to Pete I went back on line and purchased the insurance policy.

Straightforward to get a quote and buy…
Straightforward to get a quote and buy the policy. The premium is competitive and there are several options for various levels of cover.
However, I was a little confused when giving details of the referral and receiving several messages offering a "generous" 65% off the premium, the premium remained unchanged.

I emailed to cancel my policy which you confirmed. Then you renewed my policy and took my money out of the bank. Now I after phone the bank to cancel my direct debit then wait for you to refund it.

I can see this occured due to a clerical error your automatic renewal was not disabled as requested, which did result in the automatic renewal occuring. I sincerely apologise that this happened.
I can see we did respond to your following email confirming that as your policy had already started the renewals process, the Direct Debit payment has been called for and we are unable to stop this. However, if you contact your bank and cancel the Direct Debit for Ripe, this will stop any payment leaving your account.
Once again, I apologize for any frustration you’ve experienced. We always aim to assist our customers to the best of our ability, and I’ll be sure to share your feedback with the relevant team.

Easy quote, good cover
It was easy to get a quote for coach's insurance. The options were clear with prices displayed for different levels of cover, loss of earnings and equipment theft. It was also easy to pay and check out. I am pleased with the level of cover for the price.

We understand your concerns regarding auto-renewal.
We do send a renewal invitation approximately 28 days before the policy is due to automatically renew, which outlines the upcoming renewal and provides the opportunity to opt out of auto-renewal as confirmed in our Terms of Business Agreement found both online and in your documents.
Customers can opt out of automatic renewal at any point during the policy, either by contacting us directly or by managing their preferences within their online account.
If you have contacted us prior to this, unfortunately we have not received this, please reach out to us on the below email with an image of your previous contact and we can look into why your cancellation request has not been received.
