I had quite a difficult question regarding what the policy covers, and the agent took time to listen and try to explain. And when she didn't know the answer, she took time to go and find the answer and come back to me with a clear result.

Site was down
The day my policy was due, the insurance.com.au. Site was down with a message saying server not operating or similar.
I had to therefore wait two days for the office to open to renew my policy. I was therefore not covered for two days.
