It would have been even better if I was contacted 4 weeks before renewal. Rather than I had to call about 14 days before renewal to chase what is happening

HI Dave - Good news on the price side as I am sure you know most things are going up by crazy amounts - this is sadly why we haven't been hitting the back of net it getting to you like we aim to do, which is 3-4 weeks before the renewal - most things due to prices rises are being moved to get preferable terms and insurance carriers are taking a long time to come back and this has a knock on impact to us - we can only hold our hand as we add more people to the team (new person starts next week) to help this go away - thanks and lets look to get 5* next year ;-)
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
After selling a property in November 2022 I cancelled a buildings insurance policy. I promptly received a refund invoice and was asked to provide bank details for the refund. I have now been waiting over 4 months for the refund. I have chased the company number of times via telephone but am still waiting. Wont be using this company again.
After the above review was published I received the full refund on 3/4/2023. Thanks Trustpilot.
