I ordered 3 pair of "orthopedic" sandals. What a joke. They are very poorly made and don't fit. They claim easy return when you order. I requested return information and was told to keep them and they would give me a 10% refund. They claimed that returning would cost more than the value of the purchase. I pressed them with telling them I would contact the BBB and Facebook. They countered with a 20% refund. I spent $70. Now I told them to refund me $50 and they could carry on with their scam. I wished them luck when they land in a court of law. Haven't heard back. This kind of stuff really makes me angry. I wish I would have searched them before I ordered.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. One was the wrong color. Both seemed to be sized incorrectly, like they were 2 sizes smaller than normal. I could barely get them on. No invoice slip or return info included. Did not get an email for verification of the order. Still trying to figure how to return both pairs of shoes and get a refund. DO NOT order from this company.

I ordered shoe from Facebook from this company. I received my order 12 days later. The shoes weren’t the right size. I tried to contact the company to send them back. I never could make contact with them. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will never order from them again. I feel like it’s nothing but a scam.

I love Clark shoes. I ordered 2 pair and couldn't be more disappointed at what finally arrived. The package was disheveled and each pair of shoes squashed into separate plastic bags. The stiching on one pair is very bad. The right shoe is crooked on the sole. The other pair are too wide. Both are flimsy and the material very poor quality. My bad is that I failed to note how I paid. No refund.

I tried to order one pair of shoes. They took the money for three orders out of my account. I got two shipments the wrong size. And the quality of the shoes is not what is on their website. I didn't get an order no. And there is no contact number for them for me to return them. I was scammed . I did not order the shoes I received.

Still waiting tried to track won't let me.

Terrible! Sent completely wrong style of shoe which were two sizes too small. They wanted me to keep them for a 10% discount or ship them back to CA which is very expensive. Shoes took over a month to receive. Would an exchange be correct probably not. BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THESE CROOKS.

I wanted to return my shoes and get one size larger, but I researched for over an hour and could not find a website to notify them. They kept mentioning to contact them by email, but there is no email address to be found anywhere on their website, this is very suspicious, I’m happy. I received my shoes, but I can’t wear them. They are smaller. I guess I learned my lesson. I won’t order anything else online from somewhere. I don’t know.

Placed a order for shoes based upon Facebook ad. Received order confirmation # and was getting order updates,but suddenly they stopped. Today received notice order was seized for COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE BY U S Postal Service. Tried to email vendor and the email addresses linked to both are INVALID. These are addresses we tried to consult with; insummers.com and zarasandal.com. Face Book does a POOR job screen advertising vendors. Stay away from any vendors with these email addresses.TRUST PILOT RATES in summers at 96 out of 100. Which means you can trust them BULL

Shoes arrived to small. I wear an 8 the shoes were nothing as appear in ad. I can't find away to return them or get my refund.

Ordered a size 11 w
Took 4 ever to get. Then when boots arrived I was very disappointed. These damn boots had no size labeled whatsoever. I couldn't even get my foot half way in!! They were maybe a size 7!!! Will NEVER do business with this lying company again! 🤬

CNnot get a page to ask for return label.
Sent shoes that were smashed lat no ad inside shoes heartful to walk that way. Very upset bought 3 pairs.

Order two pairs got 1 pair wrong size . Ask about the missing pair they contacted me a week later wanting pics of the packaging who saves a bag that I had to rip off the shoes that's the only thing they were wrapped in. Now they want me to return the I never got.

I ordered 2 pairs of size 38 shoes and received one pair size 36 and one pair size 39!! Was told I had to return them to get a refund, fine, BUT at my cost which was going to be £25.40p!!! But I used Paypal, and they
refunded the cost of shoes and postage!!!!

Ordered a size 9 and, like others have said, there is no size marked in or one the shoes and my toe is right at the very end. Have tried to get a refund or return authorizations and it is an exercise in futility. Like so many others, wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I wasted my money. I should have known better.

Do not order from these guys. I ordered two pairs of shoes. 7 w. Which is 38 in us. But they sent both 37. They said they are not going to refund. They said I could send them back but it would costs me a lot. That is wrong. So I have two pairs of shoes I can not wear.

I ordered 2 pair of diabetic shoes on Dec 22 paid 54.00 bucks. I keep messaging them,but don't hear back. This shocks me to read all the bad comments. I'm scared I lost money that I can't effort to lose. All I know is that I'm never ordering a damn thing from the Internet again. Always getting scammed. Calling my bank to see if I can get my money back.

I ordered a pair of sketchers they were shipped on Dec 9 still haven’t gotten them and the tracking number they gave me is not a usps number so can’t find out if usps has them or not, it is Dec 23 now so I don’t think I’m going to receive them thus us a ripoff don’t order from them

Ordered and paid for shoes on December 10th 2023, 22 days later still waiting, they've taken my money though. I believe insummers.com to be UK based so will be all over them like a rash as soon as I can confirm where they are based, so be warned...
