Dear Nicholas,
Thank you for taking the time to share your review.
I can see in the system that you placed the order for the 100mm PIR Insulation boards back in February, and they have been delivered successfully and signed for.
Regrettably, we were not made aware of any issues regarding your specific order, as no reports were filed with us, and there were no remarks noted on the Proof of Delivery from the transport company. If you encounter any difficulties with your orders in the future, please reach out to us directly at support@insulationwholesale.co.uk, and we will promptly address the matter.
Should you require any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We strive to improve our service and look forward to the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

Items delivered on the day they were…
Items delivered on the day they were meant to be. Items were as described and ordered. Driver very helpful. My only criticism, thus 4 not 5 stars was the delivery. I was told it could be from 8 in the morning until 5 at night. In today's day and age, logistics are usually computerised. Mine was because I had a track and trace. But that did not go live until after 9am on the day. It told me I was 4th on the delivery but and that the driver was on No. 2 delivery, but still no estimated time. Bottom line, they should 1. Be able to tell me the day before, where I am on the schedule and 2. Narrow it down to at least a 2 hour window, not a 9 hour one.
