Intuitive and effective
It is a very intuitive website with different options available. I also liked the fact that after we bought the health insurance we could get several types of documentation related to that (confirmation, visa letters…).

Any company which understand its…
Any company which understand its customer to the fullest is a good company and Insubuy is company which runs for the sole purpose of helping its customer. When I had bought a travel insurance for my travel to the US and was not been able to travel on the planned date due to a medical situation and had been advised by my doctors not to take longer duration flights. So I had to cancel my insurance and wanted a refund.. I just sent one email requesting for cancellation and refund.. I recieved an email in 10 minutes from Insubuy stating that my insurance had been canceled and the refund process has been started even without asking me anymore questions or documents asking to prove my medical condition. What more shud I say to call Insubuy a genuine insurance company who really care and value its customers and Insubuy did not pay me to write this review and I will definitely buy my travel Insurance from Insubuy for my US trip when I am fit to travel again in Dec 2025.

False advertisement
I spent over 45 minutes on the phone trying to found about how to make a virtual (telehealth) consultation, which should be included in the policy according to the documents I received. I spoke to 4 agents. The last one told me that as of last week, no virtual consultations where available. I tried the provided whatsapp number and that was fruitless as well.
It seems to me that this is a case of false advertising. Will probably cancel and never work with this company again.

Es fácil contratar y buena relación de precio-cobertura
Es fácil contratar Insubuy como aseguradora en mis viajes a EU. Afortunadamente, no he tenido necesidad de usarlo en una contingencia pero espero que sea igual de sencillo usar esta póliza.
Aunque la extensión de días de póliza si me parecen algo caros y me gustaría se pudieran hacer por días y no por un mínimo de cinco dias

Well I hate to fly.
Well I hate to fly.. so I got some life insurance for the trip so I could put a smile on someone’s face if the plane went down. Then I wasn’t nervous anymore because either way it’s a win! Signing up was easy. The cost was reasonable and I was happy with the result! I am still alive but had a few days of peace!
