I found a spare part that was quite difficult to find. The purchase was quick and easy.

Ignored multiple emails on a technical query
I had technical questions about the products I bought. I emailed Patrick McGaw who replied without adequately answering my question. Then he ignored my next 4 emails sent over nearly 2 months. I also emailed Sales to check that Patrick still worked for the company, but after 11 days I've had no reply from Sales either.

The company personnel were helpful and got the gauge calibrated right away, I did alert them to the address change but they did not change it and my gauge ended up in another state.

The Instrumart team understood we were in a bad situation and worked with the manufacturer to expedite delivery of custom gauges so we could deliver product ontime.
