If I could rate -5 I would. Do not order anything from this company. They take the money & send false shipping details from the US, the products never arrive. You try to contact them & they reply saying we are trying to help & blame the shipping company. This has been going on since January 2024, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Trying to get a refund now but not a chance of that happening! Total scam.😡

I ordered some pearlescent water colour paints on the 10th January. We are now the 2nd March and I have still not received my package. The company have sent me numerous updates, the last one telling me my order had arrived in Oxford - that was on the 7th February! I don't think my package exists. This is a scam, do not use this company.

Don’t order off this website. After ordering on the 3rd January contacting them several times about my order which I still haven’t received on the 4th February. They don’t want to help me they say it’s in transit but hasn’t moved since the 22nd January. They will not give me a refund just keep saying sit tight.. scam website and unhelpful people

Ordered a jumper on October 24th and literally received it this week. It was a Xmas present and so clearly arrived too late. Really poor service, I do not want the jumper and now finding it incredibly hard to return the package and get a full refund. When I bought the item they took a different amount out of my bank also and had to contact them for a refund. Give them a miss no matter how cheap the item is...

We ordered a flying ball, which took a month to arrive. The ball last about 1 minute on a full charge (plugged in for 3 hours). Absolute waste of money. The customer service is none existent. Avoid if you can!

Placed an order in October and by December it still hasn't turned up, tried contacting them but just get ignored or an automated response saying someone will be in touch within 24hrs, avoid this company it's a scam.

Item sent was not as advertised- a jumper which is unwearable due to the cut and shape of it. Poor customer service and will not accept return.

I also, like many others ordered an oversized jumper (very popular at the moment so everyone is selling them). To find that it was extremely small and not as advertised as slouchy and oversized. Charged £23.99, cost of jumper £19.99. Managed to bring this to their attention and apparently I will get a refund back for the overpayment. I have repeatedly asked for returns label and refund. No label and an offer of £2 refund and keep the jumper, next refund £4. I have now placed in the hands of PayPal. Don't let them get away with it....

My experience is nothing order never turned up. No contact details now way to ask where is my money I paid for order I'm sick of these companies and Facebook do nothing

Avoid! The jumper looked like it had been shrunk on a hot wash and would probably fit a size 8! When I emailed 'instructionk', I had a reply 'contact seller'. They are the seller!!!

Just received the jumper that I have ordered by following the link on Instagram. It's nothing like the video or pictures. Quality is so poor. They say its like cashmere feel . Rubbish. Sizing is also alarming . So disapp
ointing. And check your bank account as they charged me £4 more then advertised. Miraculously got it back. It should not be allowed to trade.

I do not recommend. The jumper was advertised as one size fits all. It doesn't. The neck hole was so tiny I could just get my head through it, it wasn't off the shoulder as per description, it was so tight that when I lifted my arms all my stomach would show, so it was by no means slouchy, again as per description. I advised via instant messenger that I would be returning them, they tried to put me off saying it would be too expensive, they then tried to offer compensation of £3, then £5 when I declined. No mention of a returns address online so they were returned to the returns address on the package. Now they're saying I can't have a refund as I sent it to the wrong place and it should have gone to China. Taking it up with my bank now instead. Awful to deal with

Don't buy this! I honestly don't understand where the positive comments on Facebook are coming from, it must have been paid for or something! What I've received in the post is nothing like on the video and they wouldn't let me return it! It's impossible to wear. When I lift my one arm up my side and belly shows. The weirdest design ever!

Do not buy from this company

Took ages to get the order over 3 weeks. I am really disappointed with this jumper. The pic shows its off the shoulder and over sized. The neck hoke is tiny and it barely goes past my waist. I am a size 12/14,
so not huge. My 16 year old daughter is a tiny size 6 and it doesn't even fit her.

Do not buy from this company. Items received in good order, but unfortunately don't fit. Contacted for a return address and refund per their refunds policy. They've responded, but each time a different version of the same wording, basically, "sorry you're not satisfied with your order. Under the circumstance that we did not send the wrong goods, we cannot provide you with return and exchange services. If you need to return exchange we need to report and verify your problem to the after-sales department which will take a long time, therefore we recommend you keep the item". What's the point in having a returns policy then!!

Just received my order after waiting for a month. It is unbelievably poor quality and nothing like the photo!! It's supposed to be "off the shoulder" but the neck hole is so small there's no way it's going anyway. Can only imagine the hassle of trying to return it!

I purchased the Flying spinning toys ,in September ( 2023) after taking a month to arrive they didn't fly as expected in fact the span and fell straight to the floor , I immediately contacted the company for a refund and returns label to which they refused, they say I can return the item at my cost and once they receive and inspect they will issue a refund , but I can expect to wait at least 6 weeks , I have informed then that I intend to take the matter further but still refuse to accept they items are faulty ,!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I've still not received my item. Advertised it as £19.99 but when invoice came, it was actually £23.99. Sent me e-mail enabling me to track my package & when I click on the box to do so, nothing happens. I e-mailed their support & said delivery is 7 - 15 days but I've still not an actual delivery date & no response to my e-mail asking for a delivery date.

Ordered glitter pens for my grandaughter at least one month ago, company said they would e mail me withfelivery date no e mail no delivery.Money taken from my account. Does this company really exist or have I been done

Do not touch this company. InstructionK.com will do anything to stop your return. I was overcharged also. Stupid purchase made when not thinking properly. I never buy on Facebook usually. And this is why. I’m very angry that they seem to be trading under different names. I am seemingly not getting my money back without a fight.
