very bad hindi tuition for my son we have received, total waste of time and money

Unfortunately, we are in a digital era where companies can present themselves as legit with amazing promises and great graphics. It seems unusual for their staff to be allowed to give reviews even when there is a conflict of interest because they are emboldened to their employer to keep a job. Meanwhile, those of us who are parents have completely real horror stories involving a company that markets themselves to children and minors. Our experience with Instrucko's investment theft, scheduling difficulties or non existent scheduling, or just plain outrageous behavior from this company is shared by every real reviewer here. This company's behavior is recommended to be reviewed by their public YouTube interviews and instrucko's collegegues. They don't care about parents and the children they are suppose to serve.

Fraud & really frustrated: I enrolled for 20 classes. However, before completing them, I was informed that to continue further classes I needed to book earlier, so I paid the first installment of ₹6,000. Several of the earlier classes were rescheduled for various reasons, and I kept the team informed each time. Finally, they claimed that all classes were completed, but in my view the rescheduled sessions and the provided classes do not match. As a result, I lost trust and requested that the classes I already paid for be provided. Instead, they stated that without paying the second installment of ₹6,000, the system would automatically pause and the classes I paid for would not be delivered. This situation is really frustrating.

Real Parent here...from first-hand experience, we have written received very unprofessional communication from Manik ( a low level worker) Kunal ( a manager) and Devaki ( the young "CEO"). These individuals have been very crude and it was proven they were dishonest - this is not a trustworthy company from a parental perspective, absolutely. Do know that they have asked their EMPLOYEES to write positive reviews on Trustpilot? Advertising for their own company on this cite that is solely for consumers is not fair nor honest nor in the best interest of the consumer. It's clear that on December 19, 2025 and December 20, 2025 have all employees making comments that are vastly different from REAL parents saying they were robbed by this company by classes not scheduled for paid classes and one employee even stated Instrucko doesn't even pay the employees. I've seen them use tricks, like the other parents here, to get the parent to pay and then they ghost you by not giving results. iNSTRUCKO EMPLOYEES advertising for the company here on Trustpilot seems like a conflict of interest because these people can not say anything negative about their employer and have a fiduciary duty to Instrucko and they are NOT consumers, they do not speak for paying customers like parents. Instrucko should have more integrity and not try to alter their ratings by improperly using their own employees for ratings. Devaki was viciously younger acting toward us as parents and was a complete nightmare. They use parents by taking funds and are very specifically unkind to kids, from my direct observation.

This school does not pay its workers. I was promised payment every week and never received it—just lies and excuses. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Do not believe anything they tell you!!!!

Instrucko is one of the best online education company and the staff members are very cooperative specially Manik and kunal,teachers are very experienced and creative as well.

Instructor was really good and helpful. She patiently listen to child problem n try resolving them. Overall good experience

The team is very helpful and understanding as well as highly professional and serious with their work and responsibility that they handle. Always available to help parents and teacher even at the odd times of the day.
I have been associated with this platform for more than a year, and my experience is great with them in term of classes, payout and any support ever needed. It's a great platform for Children to learn and explore with fun ways of teaching by experienced teachers.

One of the best platforms to work and enable your child to enhance their skills beyond school. Content, trainers and management all are supportive and encouraging. Love to be a part of the team and looking forward for a long term association.

I'm working with instrucko for almost 2 years. I found them professional in terms of reimbursement. I've received salary always on time. Also their protocol is Professional like we receive mail and message one hour before the class start which is a reminder. I found the cordinator like Manik Tyagi,Kunal and others to be kind and always helpful in handling the classes. Overall I'm happy working with Instrucko.

I being the customer of instrucko would like to say that the worst education website I came across...they constantly skip classes and do not give extra classes...they do not co operate with the students...while taking admission they misguide the customers and once the admission is done they do not communicate properly..never trust this site

Extremely unprofessional. No accountability. I had so many issues to schedule the first class. Emailed them about teacher availability but got no response. I finally decided to not continue with them. Thankfully, I only paid for demo class.

We are American parents. This company is based in India. We purchased over a dozen of classes, most of them last year. Instrucko believes they are not accountable and have yet to schedule the paid classes for over a year. The kiddos missed the window of developmental learning opportunities and they completely stressed the parents out by taking money, large sums of money, and not delivering the classes we paid for. You can't have hard working American parents spend money for classes that don't exist! Their investors in Britain should be weary and we do not recommend this company as it is fraudulent to sell goods you can't provide. Certainly, a year is enough time to keep promising results (classes scheduled) that simply never materialized. Stay away, Instrucko takes money then runs.

Update 7/3/2025: Instrucko CEO, Devvaki Aggarwal, has poor behavior that has been made public by a plethora of employees. Due to our paid classes remaining unscheduled for over a year, she was contacted. We find Devvaki to be just as others have publicly written for years to be true in our direct experience as paying customers. Devvaki has been ineffective for problem solving and she is younger and acts it. We found that she has zero respect for your time and will certainly antagonize. Devvaki Aggarwal still hasn't had staff properly schedule the classes we paid for a year ago. This company received investor seed money and this is how they are using that investment money and customer revenue. Dysfunction is being reported publicly by both employees and paying customers. Please keep your money in your pocket (investor and customer) or your money may end up in theirs without the agreed service/return.
