Compré una carcasa personalizada y cuando me llega descubro que llega descuadrada, después de días insistiendo en comunicarme con ellos a través de distintas vías recibo un mensaje en Instagram en que el que textualmente me dicen que “existen diferencias inevitables entre una imagen digital y su aplicación sobre una funda física” les comento que el problema no es la imagen que eso podría entenderlo y lo asumo, puesto que no es la primera carcasa con esa imagen, que el problema es que la imagen tendría que estar centrada y está completamente abajo, tras esto ya no he recibido más mensajes. Malísimo servicio postventa de este grupo de chicos jóvenes que quieren salir adelante a toda costa, un consejo ¡esa no es la manera! quedándote con el dinero de la gente por un trabajo mal realizado que si esta aplicación me permite subir la foto para que todos puedan verlo

I can't believe some of the negative reviews here. I first came across this brand when I visited Lisbon in April. I bought one of their phone cases from a store that carried the brand, and when I wanted to buy another, I messaged them on Instagram. They kindly reserved one for me at another location.

As someone who is obsessed with phone cases, I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the print, especially considering the price. In my experience, it compares very favourably with many phone case brands available in the UK.

After returning home, I couldn't stop thinking about the case, so I've since placed two orders through their website. Both arrived incredibly quickly, taking less than a week to get from Portugal to London.

I'd also like to address another review claiming that these products can be found on Temu. That's definitely inaccurate. Some designs may look similar because polka dots, stripes, and other simple patterns are common and popular. However, the quality of the case itself, including the thick dual-layer construction and the vibrant print colours, is on a completely different level.

This is a high-quality product that is clearly made with care. 10/10!

I feel scammed.

When placing orders online, I kept getting errors saying that my Klarna payment could not go through. After trying three times, I paid through PayPal. Later, I found out that all four orders had actually been placed.

I contacted Instacase, and they cancelled the orders on their side, but apparently did not cancel them through Klarna. After trying to contact them again to confirm the cancellations with Klarna, I received no further replies.

Later, I also found their products being sold on Temu.

In addition to very delayed delivery (though it shows Portugal- I strongly believe they use China dropship), the quality of kindle cover was incredibly terrible. The background and design colors are extremely washed out compared to the vibrant colors displayed on the product page. I will never buy from them or recommend to anyone.

I really loved the design of this ebook case, which makes this review even more disappointing.
Unfortunately, after only around two months of normal use, the plastic around one of the magnets cracked and the magnet came loose. Shortly afterwards, the same area around the second magnet also started to crack. The case has never been dropped or subjected to excessive force.
I contacted customer service hoping for a warranty replacement, but my claim was rejected because they assumed the damage was caused by an impact. However, no evidence of an impact was provided, and this does not reflect how the case was actually used.
While I appreciate that they replied to my emails, I was disappointed that the issue was dismissed without a satisfactory solution. I was only offered a discount to purchase another case.
The designs are beautiful, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend the product or the after-sales support.

I ordered phone and AirPods cases, but the quality was very poor. Some items arrived damaged, and the AirPods case was clearly defective, as the parts did not fit together and it was unusable.

Customer support was slow and communication unclear. They didn’t acknowledge their mistake and poor quality. A replacement was sent without my agreement, even though I had requested a refund.

The refund was eventually issued, but only after about a month and escalation through Klarna. Overall, not a reliable experience.

I ordered a case + strap from portugal, and i am amazed - it arrived in less than 48 hours, the case is super sturdy and high-quality, and the cord was easy to attach. love it, will definitely order again!

No compren nada !!! Pregunté si una funda de ebook no me valía podía hacer devoluciones me dicen que sí . No me vale pido devolución y me contestan que sí pero que tengo que pagar los gastos de envío a Portugal !! Y la funda me constó 30 euros !! No comprar .
