Insta Cars Anmeldelser

I can’t thank Joe enough for all his help throughout the process of buying my new car. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to find me the right car within my price range, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Joe was incredibly helpful, professional and patient throughout, keeping me informed and making the whole experience so easy and stress-free.
When the car arrived, Joe had gone the extra mile to get it fully prepped and looking absolutely outstanding. When I came to collect it, I was genuinely wowed by how immaculate it looked — it was clear that a lot of care and attention had gone into getting it ready for me.
Joe is a credit to the dealership, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about finding you the right car and providing a fantastic experience, Joe is your man!
Thank you again, Joe! 🚗👏⭐⭐⭐⭐

By arrangement, my son and I travelled from Liverpool to Leeds to view Transit vans that Insta Cars were selling. My son told Joe his budget and we viewed vans in that price range. My son’s attention was caught by other more expensive vans which I offered to help him financially with. Subsequently we wanted to view other vans only for Joe to intimate we were tyre kickers. I didn’t drive two hours to kick tyres.
My son was interested in one particular van which, subject to a good test drive, we were looking to buy.
I asked Joe if my son and I could take the Transit van for a test drive. Joe refused stating he had other arrangements. To say I was annoyed at this attitude is an understatement. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but Joe’s attitude towards potential customers, who had driven a considerable distance, left a lot to be desired. I got the impression he was not bothered whether he made a sale or not. Needless to say, Insta Cars did not get out business,

What a brilliant company to deal with. Joe was my initial interaction with the company and he was polite, professional and extremely helpful. Went ahead and bought a new Tesla (first elec car) and Joe was very educated and helped me massively in making an informed decision without any sales pressure.

Now to the aftersales which was one of the reasons i chose INSTACARS (from previous reviews)
After i bought the car i have had to be in touch due to not knowing wat i'm doing with the car and both Joe and Ryan were superb and always available.

If you're considering buying a car from INSTACARS - DO IT!!!!

Thanks again lads and will deffo be back for future purchases.
