Ordered one watch, it arrived but never worked. Inspire sent me a replacement but the second watch only worked for a few weeks. Inspire’s solution is to offer a 10% coupon towards another item and a... Se mere

Terrible products
Terrible products! My smart bracelet didn't come with a charger. My smart watch doesn't work at all!! Stop making your products and marketing look like it's a reputable company!!! So angry! I hope you go out of business!!

The watch is worthless
The watch is not accurate, when I do workout the heart bit is not going over 80 bit per minute. I can't find the app to install on my phone, they don't answer by email and their phone customer is not working. It is so bad.

My watch just came today but everything from the instructions to the display on the watch is in Chinese. I tried to contact the company and their support email address is not valid.

Cheap imports at inflated prices
Okay so this looked like a decent company and website but what came was cheap import from China. I hoped paying a premium would give a better quality product. Unfortunately this is a copy of Fitbit Inspire and can be bought for 1/10 price on eBay. Thus its misrepresented as being on sale and discounted and isn't worth the sale price.

The watch didn't hold a charge or work
The watch didn't hold a charge longer than 24 hours and did not ever sync to the app. It was worthless and they wouldn't help me unless I sent a video to them showing them the problem. They say they will give a full refund but this is a lie. They will refund you but only if you ship the item back to Asia at your own expense. II would not trust this company.
