Staff attitude to my requirements was excellent and they were very professional.

Great support and assistance. Helped with coordination of colours and advice . Not overbearing, quietly listened and advised without being pushy.

I wanted to share my experience from when I came to pick up my paint order. After confirming that you had 4 drums ready, I drove an hour and a half to the store. Unfortunately, your attitude was quite rude, as if we were begging for the paint. Communication was difficult, and in the end, I was only offered 3 drums, which was frustrating given the travel involved.

We had no option but to accept, but it really made the whole experience disappointing.

I believe being honest and straightforward could improve your sales and make it easier for painters to get their work done.

The staff at East Maitland Inspirations are amazing. Their product knowledge is comprehensive, and they research and double-check anything they're not 100% sure of while you're on the phone or in the shop. I thought their products would be expensive but their prices are the same as bunnings. I will never go anywhere else for paint or stain products again. I can't recommend this business highly enough.

I found my experience with East Maitland Inspirations very good. The lady was friendly, professional and gave good advice to address my current suede walls in the dining room (that I am planning to paint over). I am more than happy to return as their customer and to recommend them to others.

I needed a couple of spray cans and parked, was served all within 10 mins. Excellent service! The young lady advised me on how to use the products and all was done in a professional manner. Thank You. My first time in P Inspirations but won't be my last.
