We are a locally owned and operated respiratory home care company dedicated to helping you breathe easier and sleep well. Whether you need home oxygen therapy, treatment for sleep apnea or, if you are a patient or referring physician, our goal is to always provide you with outstanding professional, prompt and courteous service. InspiAIR is licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Health to provide home respiratory care under the Home Oxygen Program (HOP) and the Assistive Devices Program (ADP). Our main services are home oxygen therapy initiation and follow-up and PAP therapy initiation and follow-up. We also carry a variety of PAP therapy supplies and accessories from all major manufacturers. For referring physicians home oxygen assessments, overnight oximetry testing and PAP therapy download reports are available via referral and on request. At InspiAIR we believe that the need to be on oxygen doesn’t have to set limits on your lifestyle. We’ve set out to provide the best portable oxygen concentrators (POCs) on the market to give patients the confidence that they’ll have a 24/7 oxygen supply while at home or away. We use the latest technology available to deliver prescribed therapies however our best service is always provided live and in person. We are available 7 days a week. I left knowing exactly what to do with…

I left knowing exactly what to do with my trial cpap. The staff knew exactly what I needed and they got me in for a consult and cpap trial very promptly. I’m really grateful for this service. Thank you.

Great employee

Michelle Couto made the whole experience of getting my new C-pap machine very pleasant. She was also instrumental in getting the process of seeing my Dr. started and she did all the paperwork at the end of the process to deal with the government.

Northern Respiratory

Northern Respiratory - a great place to learn, be listened to even though they are asked the same question over and over again. A big thank you to Brianna Fagioni, the Clinical Specialist who helped me decide on a mask and give me step by step instructions on how to use the CPAP machine... and a great big thank you to the Receptionist who is the first point of contact and sets the mood of the office with your welcoming smile and positive attitude.

My experience

First went to another company they could not help me that day and had to make an appointment for a week.

Then went to InspiAir where I met Nadine, she took care of me right away. Within an hour or so I was fitted instructed and, on my way, with everything ready for my first night sleep .

Nadeen Maroon was excellent

Nadeen Maroon was excellent. I was dealing with another company for 22 years and now Nadeen at InspiAir will be may new person. Calm, very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

They were fabulous

They were fabulous. I felt well cared for! They took their time to explain all that I needed to know and reminded me to call with any questions. The office is very inviting and the staff are amazing. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend their services

Disappointing customer service

I accepted an appointment to pick up a new mask. I phoned ahead to insure all was well.

I did not get a reply.

I waited past my appointment time - to be told the mask was not in stock!

A simple phone call, a reply to my left voicemail or an email would have saved me the trip
