We have used insight for Occupational Health for the past few years, they are always responsive, helpful and professional. I have used several other OH companies over the used and my experience with Insight has been so much better than previous experiences. I would definitely recommend them to other companies.

DO NOT TRUST THIS ORGANISATION! THEY ARE DANGEROUS AND WORRYINGLY COMPLICIT IN HARMFUL PRACTICES!

Referred by my employer with regards to mental health issues I was having (suicidal thoughts) , discussed these with the insight health clinician, decided that discussing these issues wasn't relevant and tried to omit them from my OH report, also provided misleading information on my report about me having support from my GP / crisis team which wasn't accurate.

Raised a complaint with the company who saw no issues with the above, I have now told my employer at no point will I agree to be seen by Insight for the above reasons.

I wanted to write a review of my experience with Workplace Health on your website. But sadly I can not find the review tab.

So I am writing it here.

I've had the lovely privilege of speaking to Keiron Hughes at Workplace Health. Having a chat face to face is always been better for myself than just emails and messages and speaking with Keiron was such a pleasure. He was super helpful and I was shown some really helpful tech that I could use which I didn't know about until now.
      I would highly recommend Workplace Health to anyone who struggles with reading and or writing. But having to speak to someone as friendly as Keiron really has made the whole experience quite eye opening.

I was recently referred to insight workplace health by my employer following my ADHD diagnosis. The whole experience was extremely positive. Communication was excellent from the company and the process was speedy. My assessment took place over teams at a date and time of my choice with Keiron Hughes. The assessment was great. I was hesitant about speaking about my condition but Keiron instantly made me feel at ease. Keiron was warm, empathetic and very friendly. During the session Keiron implemented hints and tips that have I have incorporated into my daily routine and a detailed report was then sent to my employer, where I was given sight of it first to ensure that I was comfortable with its content. There was opportunity also for me to further discuss any changes that I felt didn't accurately represent my needs or situation. The report was also realistic and aligned with company policy. Based on my positive experience, I would recommend Insight workplace health.

Came for a plant operator medical with insight, very impressed at how quickly I was seen and how quickly I had my certificate
