Very pushy door to door solicitors that refuse to respect the NO SOLICITING sign on my door nd keep knocking until I answer the door.

I signed up for pest control a little reluctantly from a very nice but pushy sales person. She assured me that I did not have to be home when they came to spray. The day they were supposed to do it, I got home to a note on my door saying they could not do the work because I wasn't home. I then called and rescheduled. I asked again if I had to be home and was told that yes I had to be for the first visit for reasons I'm unsure of. They did mention that I would need to let them in to do anything in the house. They told me they would be here between 8am and noon. So I got up early and waited all morning just to have no one come. No phone call, no text to say thwy couldn't make it or were running late. Nothing. I waited until 2pm and still nothing so I left. I returned home in the evening to find another note attached to my door saying sorry they missed me. They checked off 3 things that they supposedly did, but how would I know? I wasn't there for the visit they told me I had to be there for and obviously they did not go inside. I'm so tired of companies that think they can just come whenever they want, even though I'm told a time or given a window. Certainly not too impressed so far and based on what I've experienced to date, I would not recommend them to anyone

This company is terrible. Hard to schedule. They kept changing times. While they promised a follow-up visit, they did not come. When asked to come in September, they replied that they don't service Muskoka after August due to "winter driving conditions" (sic!) I terminated the contract in November 2025 and have had two appointments scheduled since. I have had to call and email and tell them not to trespass. They ignored my refusal and arrived on the property. Appalling indeed. Do not use them.

Le professionnalise et la crédibilité de la vente du contrat laisse à désirer. Le vendeur me disait n'avoir aucune carte d'affaire mais dont ses poches étaient pleines.
La confiance n'a pas été acquise avec des mensonges.

Our technician was knowedgeable, friendly and efficient. The treatment appears to have worked well and we will monitor the results over time. Hopefully this remedies our pest concerns.

I just had the nicest sales rep. Come out to my house “Conner” was his name and although I didn’t end up purchasing the service he was offering, he remained as sweet and authentic as when he walked up to me in my driveway and introduced himself. That is not something you often see after turning someone down. If I were in a position to purchase this service I have no doubt he would be a man of his word. He was very easy on the eyes too lol I wished my daughter had been here! Sorry but it just had to be said. lol

The technician, Michael Miller, was extremely professional , knowledgeable with good listening skills. He deserves a 5 but I had problems with the customer service line (the original appointment was cancelled and rescheduled with no notice of the change to me and the customer service agent was super defensive and a bit out of her depth when I called to find out why the technician had not come on the initial scheduled day).

Worst company out there as a past employee the service doesn’t work it’s a fairy tale the bug disappear because bug come in seasons that’s why as soon as u stop u see them come back year after year.

I asked them to take care of a mouse problem and I wanted to make sure that whatever they used was not harmful to other small animals as I have many baby rabbits and squirrels and groundhogs on my property. I was told this was not harmful what so ever by a salesperson. What I found out was this was not true.
To add insult to injury when someone came to the home to treat my home, they sprayed for ants and spider problems which I did not have and did not request and never took care of anything for the mouse problem.
I cancelled my contract right away and they still charged me the quarterly service of $200.00. I spoke to the loyalty department and someone promised to call me back last night and once again, this also was not done. If I want to take care of a mouse problem, it will not be with this company

This company worked like a fraud with me. I needed a pest control service for rodents, and they said they have subscription service which they will fix all the issues and gave me a discount of $200 for 18 months contract. When I said I never need 18 months service, they told me it's always cancelable if I let them know verbally or written before a month. Now as soon as I tried to cancel their service after first two treatments, they start giving all kinds of excuses. And eventually comes back and tell, I need to pay all generated bill and the discount they offered on top of it to cancel their subscription. After repeated call, mail and even they accepted the selling team kind of lied to me while selling their products. They still charged me ~$300 just to cancel the service. The service itself was ok after 2nd treatment we are able to catch a rodent, and our infestation was not that bad anyway to begin with. Before signing with them be careful, they are not honest and getting rid of their service is nightmare.

We signed a one year agreement and in September I called to cancel and they said I still had until February so we agreed to go ahead and continue our service agreement but in February it would be cancelled, well time got away from us due to life and they continued to charge us up until this month and now they won't refund us our money even though it cancelled in February. When I called in September they said there was nothing else I needed to do that it would be cancelled and no more charges after February. We were going to stay with them and get them to come out as needed but they ruined that. We will go with another company, they are not honest and lost our business. It's sad that they would rather have those 3 months of payments rather than 3-4 years of business as needed. Maybe more than that.

They solved our mouse and ant problems. Abhishek did a great job and was very professional.

I had a very bad experience with this company. The service itself was not very good either. When I later decided to cancel, things became even more frustrating. One staff member told me the cancellation fee would be around $150, but another employee named David later told me it was actually $450. He claimed he was the head manager and “the boss,” and that he had the final say. Getting completely different answers from the same company is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

The communication was misleading from the beginning, and I feel deceived by the way the contract terms and charges were presented. Very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend them.
