Looks like I too fell for this "Yellow Submarine" ruse. Got a cheap boat without any such camera or ability to submerge. $50 USD hopefully Paypal will honour the buyer protection. Also too bad Facebook does nothing to stop this. I have had good experiences buying products, but one crook can cause issues with me doing so in the future. They are shipping from Canada, so this type of activity can also be reported to police. If you are in the US, report is as mail fraud with the US postal service as well. Edit: So far Paypal has said I needed to return the item to China, within 7 days in order to get a refund. That would cost over $50 and the seller only charged $3 to ship it from Canada (and it still took 3 weeks).... I seriously think Paypal is in on this scam too, after all they get paid from the seller. Some buyer protection! EDIT: Paypal refused to refund the payment because I did not spend the $50 to ship the stupid toy back to China with tracking. Even though the item was shipped from 60KMs from my house. Therefore Paypal is complicit in this scam, because they also get paid.

insightful.shop is a scam. They sell you something and send you a toy not even close to the item you bought. WHAT A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! REPORT THEM!

Has been 2 weeks since order was placed. Still have not received my order not have I received any update emails/text/phone calls. I sent an email requesting cancellation of order a couple days ago and still have yet to hear back or see any money credited back to my card. I tried to call and the only number available is an out of country number to which the recorded menu options are not in English other than to tell you “the line is not powered”??? I’m not happy with the service and will never use this place of business again!

enviei vários emails , não responde , e abri uma disputa Pay Pal , e me solicitaram que devolvesse o produto para o fornecedor porem pra minha surpresa o correio me cobrou um despacho simples no valor de R$145,00 .
paguei U$65,99 pelo produto e recebi um produto de no máximo U$10,00 infinitamente inferior , e não enviei pq o valor cobrado pelos correios é muito alto , estou aguardando retorno do Pay Pal .

Not as described fraud! Beware...

Ordered a mini-drone sub. What arrived is a happy-meal toy in the shape of a submarine. Working on getting refund through Paypal.

I received the items but totally different from my ordered !

I tried to contact them, no one reply! The mail reply address was faked address!

I am trying to get refund from paypal ! Never trust this company again and be aware that there is a fraud!

Updated on Aug 22, 2018 from Paypal, they asked me to send back the items with tracking number.
The post office charge me CAD79 with tracking number compared what I had paid to insightful CAD67.00. I still lose money if they refund me! Also they gave a wrong address, post office told that will not be delivery!

This is the loophole for the scammers from China ! They paid less for delivery with tracking no.! So they could send rubbish to cheat!

I called Paypal about the instance. They checked and approved full refund finally!

I wish you could give negative stars. They are a ripoff. all paying out to RFY Trading. I bought 2 watches that never showed up. Company wouldn't respond to messages or requests for tracking. after paypal dispute was opened they suddenly send a tracking number showing an item delivered but no address or anything, just a successful tracking number. nice scam. I bought another watch from a different FB website ad and turns out that is for RFY trading as well. The beautiful watch I bought wasn't sent but instead they sent me a $5.00 GT crap throw away watch. not even an attempt to look like what I bought. Stay away.
They also operate under The Dotted Shop - just another RFY Trading scam website.

Facebook are just as bad letting scaming companies let the use it i also ordered a sub they sent a cheap thing nothing like i ordered so stay well clear of buying stuff from these sites on there

Scam site... sent me completely different items then I ordered... the watch I ordered looks nothing at all to the one I ordered, cheap and tacky looking and also ordered a wallet yet a again the one they sent me looks nothing at all like the one i ordered . I have emailed them 10 times now.. guess what.. that's right no response. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

It's a fraud site. Item described here is different than what Sent to me. I purchased one smart watch. The Company provides a great deal but what I got is. Duplicate non functional watch. As I purchased through PayPal I am able to raise a dispute please refrain from purchasing any.

As with everyone is saying this company is a scam.. spent 87 dollars on 2 lemfo watches and were sent $10 watches.. contacted credit card company to say it was a scam.. sent two emails and nothing back

There are lof comapnies in hongkong which is operated by similar gang and one of them is insightful.shop and their contact details never work
insightfulshop outlook ,numbers will be 852-66382369,they usually advertise heavily in facebook and site looks so real that it hard to believe that its scam sites..first thing is the price of items are unbelievably low ..i order a Lg watch but when i received item it was cheap crap watch that would not cost even fiver ..anyone willing to buy anything based on facebook ad ..fist make sure to see contact details and phone number ..it will be hongkong phone number and some times they have local UK address.Be aware of scams.. i applied for paypal refund and lets see how they are planning to scam and take money..usually paypal will be on this account peibo.store
